5 star for these guys. I needed my bumper and fender painted and told Fernando and his team I wanted OEM paint with very lil orange peel. The bumper looked great and came out amazing. There's a spot that needed to be color sanded and Fernando told me to bring it in and he'll get it squared away. Miguel's detailing after paint work is pretty damn good. I dropped the car off on Monday and it was done by 1:00 pm today, Wednesday. What a beautiful job Khalil and Fernando did! The badly peeling paint was removed from the bumper and a gorgeous, chip-resistant coating was expertly applied and beautifully buffed. To make sure the paint matched perfectly, they repainted the engine hood as well. They even cleaned and defogged the badly yellowed headlights, washed the whole car's exterior, and cleaned the interior. The car looks absolutely brand new - reborn! I am very satisfied and would recommend this auto body shop. I got 7 estimates from different body repair shops, so I was "educated". I selected South Bay Auto Collision based on the good reviews and the lowest estimate. I was given a huge discount since I was referred by Joe's Dent Removal. I had to rely on my trust in Fernando as I had no experience with this. I hesitated as they have no active website. They did extra work - aligned my trunk - which was not factored into estimate - at no extra charge. This extra repair added to the quality of their workmanship standard. The final cost did not exceed the initial estimate. I put the deposit down 2/12 and saved my place in line for repair - I think they started ordering parts. I left the car 2/19 and it was ready for pickup on 2/23 - well before the estimated time. The workmanship and customer service were beyond my expectations.
