The blinds are falling off the wall (those that are hung) The televisions are extremely inadequate. Way too small and outdated. The one in the living room is probably a 30 or 32 inch. The only other one is no larger then a computer screen. Free DVDs were offered, but the player did not work.The water pressure is very weak, with inexpensive shower heads. The kitchen is ill equipped and old. In summary, We have spent far less for much more. Our dealings with ResotQuest has been very pleasant, however the home is less then par. Please consider before renting 'Wavewatcher' from ResortQuest!

I find it comical that this company advertises that they have "expertise" and a "personalized…read moretouch" in planning weddings (as seen in the attached images from their Facebook page), and yet Hollie Jones left a bride and groom with nothing 15 minutes before their special day after 6 months of communication. Hollie didn't tell the couple that she had in fact outsourced their wedding and they were left without their arbor, chairs, sound system, attendants, margarita bar, charcuterie boards, champagne for their toast, and seafood boil on their special day after Hollie ghosted them 15 minutes before their wedding. In Hollie's response to the groom's rating, she stated that she had also given vendor suggestions for florists, photographers, and hair/makeup artists but that the couple did not take those recommendations. Well thank goodness they DIDN'T use Hollie's recommendations! In the end those are the only vendors that DID show up for their special day because they hired their own beforehand. And don't plan on letting others on the company's Facebook page know the truth about how "great" of a service 30A Beach Girls provides for weddings. They will promptly delete the comments and block the commenters in hopes of keeping potential brides and grooms from knowing the truth rather than addressing the issue with their point of view. Attached photos/video are screenshots from 30A Beach Girl's company Facebook page advertising their part in planning weddings. This coming right after Hollie Jones lied to the BBB today stating that she's only a property manager and doesn't plan weddings. These advertisements are misleading and flat out lies.

This was the worst property I have ever encountered. Our experience with Benchmark Management at Sand Cliff Condos (Unit 214) was unacceptable. Upon arrival, the smell of mold was so overpowering that we could not remain in the room. We discovered visible black mold on the furniture and inside all the vents. Further inspection revealed a kitchen in poor condition, including filthy cookware. The unit was extremely dated and bore no resemblance to the quality or cleanliness advertised in the listing. It is clear these issues were known, yet the unit was still permitted to be booked. Because of these severe hygiene and health concerns, we left immediately to find alternative accommodations. The experience was incredibly stressful and entirely avoidable. Please look elsewhere and do not book here.

The…read morehouse appeared to be in very poor condition, with mold, deteriorating wood, and areas that looked like they were caving in. The deck was in terrible condition, and we even tripped over a rusty nail. The screened porch was ripped apart, with torn and missing screens, making it unusable. There was trash scattered around the property, and we even found a knife lying in the sand. One of the most concerning issues was what appeared to be exposed electrical wiring around the outdoor shower, creating a serious safety hazard. Overall, the property looked neglected, unsafe, and nothing like a place that should be rented to guests. When we contacted the property manager, the only alternative they offered was another property about 30 minutes away and nowhere near the beach, which was not a comparable replacement for what we had booked. I honestly can't believe this company rents this place out in its current condition. It should never have been listed as a vacation rental. It's shameful that guests are expected to stay somewhere with so many obvious maintenance and safety issues. We chose not to stay because we did not feel safe, and I strongly recommend booking somewhere else.

They assured us multiple times ahead of our arrival that it was 4 bed with 4 ensuites. Renter beware. Benchmark is not trustworthy!

There is plenty to do here if you want to stay for a few hours or vacation for a few weeks. Walking around felt like I was back in Europe , there are beautiful architectural buildings and homes with the charm of Nantucket or the Hamptons. Luxury all around and perfect for families , couples or weddings. My hubby and I are looking to come back and book a home for a nice long week. Definitely a must visit.
