COVID hit and we learned a new process all over again :) Then I lost my job and they still worked with me to ensure my daughter stayed on pace with her plan. They showed understanding and compassion during a difficult time. They did an amazing transformation on our daughters teeth. She is beyond happy with the outcome of her new smile. He provides all of the information needed for you and helps you to make a decision on what treatment plan is best including making sure to tell you if it's appropriate to wait and see at next visit. There are iPads in the waiting area for the kids to play on and the dental chairs all have TVs on the ceiling to help keep patients distracted during the cleanings/procedures! His staff are incredibly kind, patient, and caring and honestly was the best/easiest X-ray experience I've ever had! The office is very nice, clean, and up to date with extremely kid friendly decor/color scheme. I highly recommend this office!

They were absolutely wonderful with my 4yo and 2yo (first time for the latter). The staff were welcoming and made my kiddos feel at ease. Both walked out with smiles on their faces. Dr. Salthouse took the time to talk with us and gave us wonderful tips for our kids. We even learned some new things for our own hygiene. I recommend them over other nearby locations. The services provided were at a moderate price and scheduling was easy. I started with a retainer, braces, retainer again and ended with Invisalign. The office was always easy to schedule and quick to return, they also offer texting to schedule which is really convenient. The best part of my experience was paying for my Invisalign in one lump payment and then being able to freely come in as I needed. Also, the appointments were quick and to the point. I got all my questions answered and never had any issues!

I was really impressed that the first visit was FREE with no contract, and they do a state-of-the-art exam with full and thorough x-rays as well as photos. They then give you options (which for my daughter was metal braces, ceramic braces, or Invisalign). Office is large and clean with a TV in the waiting room for the kids. I was worried about cost, but with a down payment, they then offer monthly payments that are very manageable. Most of the hygienists (most of the people who work there, by the way, are young, attractive, and blond - as an HR person I can't help but notice these things) are very good and very nice. I am also very pleased with how quickly my daughter's teeth are changing. Appointments are generally quick and easy. Cons: some of the staff/people who work there could be friendlier. It can be hard to get an appointment when you want one; they book up quickly. All in all, we recommend this place. I'm considering going through the process myself when my daughter is finished!
