I selected one bra. Normally good salespeople will ask would you like additional items in that size or a different type. Nope, not this salesperson; because she was too busy picking out items to try on for her other client. I was willing to spend some decent money on a good set of bras. Slowly but surely I'm filling my house and closet with things from Thistle Hill -- and, everything I buy there become some of my favorite things. I see some of the other comments that speak badly of Kelly, the store owner. This really surprises me as I love Kelly. She has always been incredibly warm, cheerful and welcoming, both to me and any other person I see her interacting with. I have never felt anything other than welcomed. I will say that Kelly has been very careful to remind people to use hand sanitizer when they enter, and has been very careful in following state guidelines about returns. She was also limiting the number of people in the store at any given time to ensure everyone had plenty of space to shop safely. I guess I can see how some people might take offense at these policies, but my opinion is that Kelly is just following state rules. And, as a shopper, I really, really appreciate her care and diligence. It makes me feel very safe in her store as I know how very careful she is. I highly encourage people to check out Thistle Hill. The salesperson showed me the yellow sales receipt stapled to the cash register sheet. On the yellow paper receipt was stamped "returns for store credit only". My issue is that the yellow store receipt was not submitted to me for review prior to running my card through for payment. There is no way I would purchase anything for Store Credit Only.
