This is one of our favorite places to shop for my girls. They put a lot of thought into their buying and know their merchandise well. They actually carry clothes to fit tougher sizes. Yes, the prices can seem higher, but the clothes are very good quality and the sales are great. They fill a big hole that the catalogues (boden, cwd, etc.) are trying to fill. But here you can try things on and get great help. Fabulous baby gift selection. It's where all those beautiful baby brands are. We have always had great customer service - including finding the right matching dresses for three very different little girls. Be sure to save a little time to check out the bookstore next door. This store is amazing. My grandchildren have quite different body types and there is a wonderful selection of lovely clothes for all of them. I appreciate being able to find the outfits they wear all year. The prices are better than many high end places and the quality is superb. I love this store! They have gorgeous clothing, it is well organized and everything is so beautifully displayed. The owners have clearly put a great amount of time and effort into making the store inviting and accessible to all customers. I can wheel my stroller around every display spot and not worry about knocking things off. Initially, I went in to just browse and received smiles from all the salespeople as well as a held door for my large stroller. They let me explore the store at my own pace but did let me know they were available if I had any questions. What a great store to find timeless children's clothes and gear that will last for generations! Lots of soft, 100% cotton clothing and many things made entirely in the USA. In the end, I made a small purchase during this visit and received top quality service. There was no judgement about the amount of money I spent, just gracious smiles. I went today to look for a Christening outfit for my grandson. I was led to a tiny rack at the back of the store. The clerk showed me one item for a boy, and when I pressed her for other choices, she produced one other, then went back to chat with her co-workers. I was the only customer in the store. I guess that ignoring customers is more important than actually selling anything. read more

This store is beautifully laid out and merchandised and the selection of clothing is impressive. However, both times I have been in the sales staff have made me feel entirely unwelcome and I will not be going back at this point. It seemed as if I perhaps didn't fit their image of the wealthy Concord clientele they prefer so I wasn't offered the help others in the store were receiving and both women working could barely answer my friendly questions, much less smile or act like they wanted my business. I went in today looking forward to patronizing a local business and instead I will make my purchases elsewhere today and in the future, and I'd recommend others do the same. read more

This store is my favorite childrens clothing store! I love shopping for my children here because the selection is unique and of really good quality. Although the prices are a little high, I always find that it's worth it because the clothes wear and wash well and last until my children grow out of them. The customer service is awesome too! The employees are always eager to help and give great advice. I was in the store today and got one-on-one help the whole time I was shopping. If you come in with a budget, the employees are always happy to work with you to find something that's within your price range.
