Used Ross Limousine last night for a trip up to MetLife Stadium for a concert. We used the Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van and Martin was our driver. He was prompt, courteous, an excellent driver and a very nice person. The vehicle was awesome and we highly recommend Ross to all. We really appreciate everything. read more

Only giving 2 stars because my first ride went smoothly and the man was very nice on helping me and my friends pack up the trunk for our ride to the city. The day we were suppose to get picked up from the city the women Eileen, was not at the address on file! We were granted 10 mins late but she said she was waiting by bike racks in front of the house. When we got to our air bnb she was not there. I called to have her meet us at the corner of the block, to make it easier for her, and waited an hour and a half outside in 30 degree weather to than be charged an extra $170 for something that was not my fault. I called Ross but of course the owner isn't in to refund my money, because I'm sure the driver didn't tell him she was the one in the wrong. read more

I would give a 0 but Yelp doesn't let me. They came very very close to ruining my wedding. I would never recommend this service to anyone and I hope no one does. They are liars and have no idea what they are doing. I have worked with other limo services before and I regret not using a different one for my wedding. They were late, had to be convinced to pick up the rest of my wedding guests, lied to me about how many limos were being involved with the shuttle and tried taking more money than we agreed to. This limo company was terrible! I ordered two limos for my wedding to bring my dad and I (the bride) and my bridesmaids to the church. On a 90 degree day in June, the air conditioning did not work in either limo. About 5 minutes into our trip, the limo with my bridesmaids overheated and broke down. We had to fit 11 people in an 8 person limo, which ended up meaning we had to sit on top of each other. Keep in mind there was NO air conditioning. The limo driver in the limo that broke down was incredibly rude, unapologetic, and did not do anything to rectify the situation. Terribly disappointed. read more

Used Ross Limo this past weekend for a trip to New York and they were awesome!! Our driver arrived early and was super helpful with putting all of our bags nicely and organized into the trunk. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!! AWFUL! We hired them for our beautiful wedding at the Shadowbrook in Shrewsbury. Our limos were DISCUSTING! The POS NAVIGATOR FROM 1996 they picked my wedding party up in NO WAY FIT 12 people and was filthy and old. The AC barely worked and the limo driver was handing out potato chips! My gorgeous satin dress got filthy from the dirty seat I was in. AND! We hired a shuttle from the hotel and back and they made up they're own times so half of my family never made it to my ceremony. We used Ross Limo service from Neptune today and I have to say they were the best. Chris was our driver and he was professional, courteous and friendly. He was on time, the Limo was clean and stocked with soda, water, chips and candy. We were 5 ladies and one 6yr old going to the city for lunch and a play and it was a perfect day indeed with no worries of trains, cabs and walking. NOT RECOMMENDED. Our reservation was originally booked on the phone for Aug 17 2013 & Aug 24 2013 with a person who said he was owner of the company. Based on his recommendations and due to the size of our party a Lincoln navigator was reserved for our round trip with 11 people from Wall to Atlantic City Airport and 12 people for the return trip. The owner called back next day to report a mistake. The Navigator was booked for a wedding and he promised a stretch Hummer for the 17th from another company. This was $795 for pickup with hummer and ride home in the navigator. However, they arrived with a Mercedes van that was not big enough for our party. One of us had to ride up front with the driver. We were originally quoted $544 for a round trip in this van but the owner said it was too small for our party. We have made multiple calls to the office about a credit we deserve due to the use of the lesser vehicle. She never calls us back and never gives us her name. We attempted to resolve this by phone with calls in August September and October. She promises to call back but never does. Each time we called, the woman said she would "take care of it". Nevertheless, a credit has not yet appeared on our account. In addition, the vehicles were supposed to be stocked with snacks but only eight snack bags (chips/pretzels) were in the pantry. Finally, the Navigator on the ride home was not clean. It seemed maybe two or three parties were transported in that vehicle prior to them picking us up at the airport. There was slimy water in the cooler and trash in cubbies etc. Yuk! If I could use zero stars I would. The only good part were the drivers. They were very pleasant and courteous. read more

This business does not appear to care about their reputation. My husband and I booked Ross Limousine for our wedding and we received nothing but rude remarks, loss of payments and paperwork, and complete disorganization. We were told one thing and our contract stated something different. It was nearly impossible to talk to someone who knew what was even going on. We paid for a shuttle bus to transport our guests to and from our wedding and received a white utility van. We were told the shuttle bus had broken down. When we asked for a reimbursement for the money we paid to upgrade to a shuttle bus, Karen Ross stated "I wish we had sent you the shuttle bus so it would have broken down while transporting your guests." Great way to get potential customers in the future!! The limousine did show up on time, however, dealing with the staff there was terrible enough to never even think about hiring or recommending this company ever again. read more
