Jose is one of the hardest working men I have ever met. Despite having to go and empty a trailer full of dirt he had to dig up and 2 trips for 2 trailer-fulls of paver base, Jose completed this entire project in less than 6 hours. Jose was meticulous with the measuring and leveling, continuously adjusting until all the pavers were perfect. Jose has super skill with the gas powered paver cutter and made some beautiful custom paver corners for the border. Besides pavers, Monarch can handle many other jobs including driveways, paver installation and sealing, paver repair, concrete, custom fireplaces, artificial turf, children's play grounds, yard grading and customer patios. We had to get a professional to do some clearing and then Professional Grade Fence came in. By HAND (post hole digger) they dug and set the entire fence frame in one day. I won't even think it could be done with all those roots! Outstanding!!! Next day they were here and and hung all pickets and set the gates. Our yard is no where close to being smooth or flat. My husband has spoken to people multiple times when calling in and they say someone will come out and no one ever has. When we originally got our pavers put in they looked great but upon further inspection, we realized that they are slanting down towards our house. So now even with the slightest rain, our back porch floods (which connects to our house door). We will never use this company again. Especially with living in Florida all of the hurricanes that we get, it has ruined our backyard. We are concerned it will eventually flood our house because of how slanted they are. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company.
