I noticed some sunken spots in the driveway and called Moderna a week ago to see about repairs. An answering service picked up during regular business hours and I left a message for them to call me. No one bothered to call back. I'm disappointed in the fact that the driveway has sunk in spots and more so that the company couldn't even return the call. Follow up is just as important as the main job at least to me it is. I have another company coming out to give me a repair estimate. Update: I am upgrading my review as the issue was a communication issue through a third party. Justin was willing to come out and do the repair with no hesitation. Just about every contractor out there is backed up with projects due to COVID and Moderna was no different so to leave the poor review was not appropriate since it was a poor communication issue.

A few weeks ago, we selected Live Aloha to remove and install three trees on our investment…read moreproperty in St. Augustine. We are disappointed how things turned out. While the trees appear to still be alive and doing satisfactorily, an aspect of the installation did not go as planned. After they work was done, Live Aloha was tasked to make sure that the automatic sprinkler system was properly set. This appears to not have happened. Shortly after installation, we began to get complaints from the HOA that the system was watering multiple times a day and far more times per week than allowed by local statute. It seems that the neighbors were complaining to the HOA about this. We sent our property manager to the location and she confirmed the complaints and the situation with the HOA. Without altering the settings, our property manager was instructed to turn off the system which she did. We then hired an irrigation company to assess the situation without telling them of any prior work. Independently they confirmed that the system had been set improperly both in number of days per week and times per day. We then contacted the neighbors and HOA ourselves and heard multiple reports confirming the situation, indeed, the system had been running far more than needed, so much so that the bill went from about $49 the prior month to approximately $1285! We approached Live Aloha only to be told that they had set the system properly and it must be something else. So far our property manager, the independent contractor and the neighbors' observations contradict that. We have retained a local attorney who is drafting our small claims complaint and is advising us. We encourage Live Aloha to review its response to us. Merced Conference Center

(North property line) He said he would head to the office, write the estimate, and e-mail me. I then threw him a curve. I asked about another 100+ feet on my east property line. He revised, and sent me an updated quote. I consulted both neighbors and the east neighbor wasn't ready to pull the trigger, Called Wayne again and told him the situation and he quoted me the lower quote (which was both property lines). It ended saving us almost $400.00! Needless to say, it was a go. Ended up at $29.00/foot, posts in concrete, and 2" above grade. Installer, if I remember correctly was Jason, communicated EVERYTHING about his procedures clearly. Set posts Tuesday, let concrete set overnight, came back Wednesday and finished. Looks EXCELLENT! I would recommend Fencescape LLC to anyone that inquired about a fence company. (By the way, he did approximately 150' on my daughter's property and that prompted my call to Wayne)
