Trust is key when you are dealing with something that you as the homeowner cannot possibly inspect yourself - you have to rely on the folks you've hired to do things like a roof because you can't always see what the completed work looks like. Unfortunately, I've lost trust in One Stop Roofing because on multiple occasions I've found issues after they assured me they had either (a) corrected them, or (b) had looked everything over to make sure there were no other issues. Just today I had to repair a damaged gutter guard that they kicked in while on my roof - leaving the gutter wide open during leaf season. Had I not been on my ladder replacing a camera battery, I would have never known. And it would have been obvious to them they did this - it was at the point where they would climb on my roof. Other issues are apparent in the pictures. I hope I can learn to trust in them again since they claim to offer a 10 year labor warranty, but today I'm at a loss for words. The feeling I came away with is they are only going to fix what they think you might catch.

Within a month or two of installation, the grout in our master bath had cracked and was starting to fall out in many places. This is just one example, there were other shortcuts taken (not ensuring the floor was level under tile, sloppy painting drips & stain on white stair risers, not filling nail holes, etc.) but really the biggest reason I could not recommend this company is because they would not answer or return my calls. Not one to hassle, I tried calling 3-4 times over the course of a month, leaving 2 gracious messages. Each time I called, I was cut off and redirected to voicemail. It is apparent that All About You Remodeling & Design will not stand by their work. I would be happy to update this review were I to hear back and see All About You stand by the quality of their work in our home, but for these reasons, I cannot recommend their work.

Not only did they do an excellent job but they were very meticulous about their work, I bought a used home in Madison that needed a bunch of work done, not only was I surprised of all the things they were able to do but this company was able to come in and do everything from start to finish. In May 2025 I contracted with VLC to perform some minor grading and sod replacement in my back…read moreyard. After a few delays due to weather and scheduling conflict where the work would have been completed while I was out of town, my contract was satisfied in mid July. The first day that they were on site, they did not address all areas that were originally estimated so I had to schedule them to come back out later and address what was omitted. That work was not completed until the last few days of July 2025. Within a few weeks of the work being completed, a large portion of the sod had not taken root and was obviously dormant or dead. I contacted them and a few days later someone from management came out and assessed the sod. He stated that we were headed into the dormant season and we would reassess at the beginning of the next summer. On 18 May I contacted them because the sod had still not begun to grow and still remained dead. I received an automated response stating that someone would reach out to me to discuss, but no further response was provided. I sent another email on 27 May and received the same automated response until someone showed up on 01 June. They spoke with my wife and told her that management would be in touch to discuss my issue. No one followed up with either of us after that visit. I emailed them again on 06/24 and 07/05 along with two text messages sent to their system. All of these were responded with the same automated "someone will contact you". After multiple attempts to correct the issues with the work put in place, I contacted them for a final time today and informed them of me placing this review. I also informed them that as a veteran, I wanted to support a veteran owned business and willingly paid them a higher rate for the same work. I kept this internal before posting any review because I wanted to give them an opportunity to address my concerns or even acknowledge my request. At this point however, I can no longer give them the benefit of the doubt. Please be aware when reviewing this company. It pains me to say that I cannot recommend them for any work moving forward. Should you choose to work with them, hopefully your results will be more positive. Thank you.
