Unfortunately, I cannot leave a good review for CDC because of the quality of work done by the…read moresubcontractor they used. The 2-day project took 11 days to complete, with constant delays and issues with the subcontractor who kept making promises to CDC and me. The final product is subpar and two areas had to be fixed, which now leaves weak points of new concrete connected to the old. I spent a total of six hours cleaning the siding and yard after the patio was poured and the debris was removed. The patio was not according to the original design. I was also not told about curing, which is a very important part of the first seven days. Make sure to hold your final payment until everything is to your satisfaction and log all communications and take pictures of any issues. I have contacted CDC about these issues but have not received a response. I will update this review if they ever respond.

They warn you up front but they damaged or broke several of my sprinkler heads and tore up my yard with the excavator. The sprinkler repair and re-sodding in the spring will add to the overall project costs. Additionally, while Ryan the sales person was quite persistent in getting me to sign the contract--texting every couple of days, I was unable to get any kind of response post-project to some basic questions--like how long I needed to wait before driving on it. I ended up Googling the answer but it would have been nice to have had project support from start to finish and not just until they had my money. Good concrete work--just be forewarned.
