Michael read the review and reached out with a solution. It was a bit of a compromise - but one that we found acceptable. Michael agreed to power wash the driveway and apply a topical stain that matched the color we were originally expecting. We, in turn, agreed to pay for a sealer - something that would not have been needed if the original concrete had retained its coloring. The resulting driveway is exactly what we wanted. True Landscape did a really great job of making some lovely improvements to our yard! Our yard was…read morea complete mess before they came (with really hard uncomfortable small pebbles, hard dirt along the sides of the house, and wood chips in large spaces making it all kind of unusable). We had about 4 other landscape companies in the area come out first to give us an estimate on our project (Madrone, Pacific Outdoor, Purlieu, Atkinson) and a few of them actually wanted a pricey "design fee" before they would even give us a full/complete estimate. We already knew the basic idea of our design that we wanted, and so an extra design fee did not make any sense for our project. We ended up choosing True Landscape because their pricing was the most reasonable out of the group! Also, their representative George, seemed really committed to the project. He took measurements when he arrived, talked through a design plan, gave us a location to check out some of the landscape products to choose from, and even followed up the next day with some samples. George was also really easy to work with and scheduled/brought out the crew fairly quickly and the project only took about a week! In terms of the redesign, True Landscape installed new pavers, extended out our grass area, set up the drip water system, built a new planter box, and added large pavers and nice rocks around the sides. We are really happy with how it all turned out and our yard looks much more modern now : ). We have actually been going out every day to enjoy it now (over the past month) when we literally never used our yard before. Thank you!!

Victor sent over George who gave us a quote and his phone number to be in contact with. We eventually hired George thinking he worked for true Landscape. Overall, My family and I were swindled for over a year. Our contract stated the job would take about a month. They took 13 months to finish in the end! Because the project was going nowhere and we have given money to George, I came in contact with Victor saying he had no idea what I was talking about and George does not work for him. The amount of effort, my family had to put in to get them to finish the job was never worth dealing with this company. They came and left whenever they please on my property with little or no notice. I had my dog staying at different home for months because we had no yard or fence. I had no idea when they would come and had to lock up my dog for hours just for them to never show up. We missed countless family events at our home. I was pregnant when this began and had complications. This whole ordeal was taking a toll emotionally and physically. We live on a giant hill and I was on rest having to trek to my house because I couldn't park in my driveway. Dealing with this issue while pregnant didn't help and I was in the hospital on rest. Please do not ever hire this company true Landscape or West Peak Homescapes, where George claims to work for. Our contract stated both company names. George committed fraud stating he worked for True Landscape and why would Victor send this man to my house if he didn't work for him. These companies are very shady please do not hire them.
