Been here a few times with my friend because it's walking distance of his place. It's pretty good but a little pricey, but still very reasonable I think. It's very trendy. FOOD: I really like that they provide some toast options. It's definitely not a full on brunch, but a good snack or small breakfast. I've had their Beet toast ($6) and their Prosciutto toast ($6.50). I LOVE the Prosciutto toast-- really interesting combination of flavors (honey, pepper, lemon ricotta, and prosciutto) that I never would have put together myself. Combined with the texture of the chewy toast, I was very impressed. The beet toast was a lot less exciting to me, haven't ordered that again. COFFEE: I always just get a drip coffee, black because I'm boring/my dentist has scolded me for sipping on too much sugary drinks, but I've always been happy with the coffee here. AMBIANCE: Great! Lots of windows, nice seating, nice decor. It's got a modern but a little cozy vibe. Nice place to do work or get coffee with a friend. They have some outdoor seating but it's covered-- I prefer the sun, but if it's hot out I bet it's great. SERVICE: Normal. Condesa is the cutest coffeeshop! Modern, glass from head-to-toe, and large tables make this space ideal for studying, reading, or otherwise working. Plants here and there brighten up the space, and there's usually a relaxing soundtrack in the background playing. The only thing is that the space is a little small, fitting no more than ~20 people at a time. The drinks taste decent, but nothing out of the ordinary. My friend ordered a Soy Latte while I ordered a Chai Latte. Warm and sweet yes, but nothing that blew my mind. There aren't many food and drink options. With indoor and outdoor seating, plenty of parking and some great grab and go or made to order options, Condesa is a good spot to try. I really enjoyed their "mylk", which is a non dairy option of milk. The flavor from the mylk added an additional depth of flavor while not being over powering. It was creamy and not heavy for a nut milk. Also, their home made syrup in the mocha was very delicious. I paired my latte with a lox bagel and it was the perfect breakfast. We came here on a holiday since the taco place next door we intended on going to was closed. The vibe was modern and quiet,. There were a bunch of people on their laptops. This place has a lot of natural light and thus minimal lighting was used when we were there. In addition to great drinks, this place has a decent food menu of simple, small bites and pastries. We got a chai tea latte and it was delicious, very creamy and well presented. For food, we had the lox and cucumber toast. The bread was so good and there was a decent amount of lox. Overall a nice place to go and mingle with your friend over a nicely brewed cup of coffee or indulge in the cocktail coffee drinks. My favorite here is Cortado with oat milk which is served in different presentations depending on who the barista is! This is also a nice place to take your laptop and work for a few hours as the chairs and the tables are decently spaced out and you can enjoy the street corridor view outside. Pastries and food items are decent but not consistently stocked so sometimes they pretty much run out of most of the items even by noon. I ended up here in a disheveled state on a walk home, and this was the first coffee shop I passed. The ambience was nice - quiet with a relaxing soundtrack. Not overly strong on the smells you might get in other coffee shops. There were a few people quietly working. I was greeted at the counter by the most calm and friendly individual I may have ever met. I was only there for an ice water and a plain toasted bagel. Right away they got me a water with a reusable metal straw. I dipped down into one of the comfier chairs and soon out came a toasted bagel on a tin tray. No one paid me much mind after that which I preferred, nursing a bit of a hangover and definitely not looking or feeling my best. I felt absolutely revived after I was able to finish my water and bagel. I can see myself coming back here to do some work and actually try some of their coffee and pastries. This was such a small place that had a lot of people in it. So popularity wise, this place def draws a crowd: student, business-y folks, young adults. Since it was chilly when we visited, the outside tables and chairs weren't used so the inside was cramped. I liked how the menu had a nice breakdown of the ratio of milk to espresso and so forth. Although not every extravagant in their menu selection, their latte was good. The bf seemed to enjoyed his macchiato very much. There seemed to be a couple of parking spaces in the deck for the retail shops with the other spots being for the residences. Condesa was a really nice little spot, there was a lot of street parking around the corner and the oat milk latte I got was great! I tried the eggy toast which was honestly well worth the price because it was a pretty big piece of toast. We didn't have any problems getting a seat but a little after we got there it did get a little busier. Added bonus: they use metal straws! read more

Extremely hipster coffee shop on the street corner, free street parking for strictly 2 hours max. Seating was minimal but when the weather gets nicer I'm sure the outdoor seating will be more utilized. Prices were marked on the chalkboard menu but I forgot the price range... must not have been too crazy expensive or cheap for me not to remember the cost. I ordered a cappuccino, that came in a cute little to-go cup. The espresso was fragrant and strong, and slightly milky. Well done, Condesa! I'll definitely need to stop in again for one of their specialty drinks or food sometime. There was a Scoutmob deal available for 50% off BUT I FORGOT TO USE IT when I noticed LevelUp was available for use. I love LevelUp because you link up your credit card (which some people think is insecure, which is possible) but its convenient and gives you periodic credit rewards, yay! read more

Update I've been a regular at Condesa since they opened three years ago and I've grown quite fond of their coffee (Counter Culture) and the staff ( definitely among the best in Atlanta). In the beginning I always ordered lattes or cappuccinos, I still do occasionally, but I have come to enjoy Condesa's coffee. In addition to the coffee they have on tap I have become a fan of their americano, the best I've had. I would suggest trying what they have on tap (black, don't add cream, milk or soy) I would also recommend trying a pourover. They use the Chemex to make the perfect cup. When you visit chances are you will have the pleasure of being served by: Taylor- Killer style and when he works look forward to a great playlist Gabe, I like to call him Gorgeous Gabe, and no he doesn't know this. Gabe's knowledge of coffee is incredible as is Taylor's. Andrew- All around a nice guy, always has a smile and great recommendations. Andrew has been in coffee for some time and is also very knowledgeable. Zach- Always friendly, great customer service. Lastly, you are receiving a service by very skilled baristas when you visit Condesa, please tip accordingly. For every drink I order, I tip one dollar. I can't count how many times I've seen a barista, educating a customer, engaging the customer, answering numerous questions while making an espresso based drink or multiple pourovers, and the customer doesn't bother to tip or drops a few coins into the tip jar. Really? I don't know which is worse. If that is what you do please go to Starbucks they use machines to make their drinks. read more

I really love this coffee shop, I wish I live closer to it. The coffee here is so good and always consistent. If you prefer the bold and bitter taste of darker roast, this is the place for you. I was so excited to try this place out, Im originally from Seattle where we have coffee shops on every corner. I saw this on yelp and saw all the wonderful looking toast! Unfortunately I arrived and they had a very limited menu. I asked for the bagel sandwich, but they were out of bagels, then I asked for the lox toast, but they were out of lox. In my quests to venture out & explore more of Atl I stumbled across Condesa Coffee shop. The first thing that was a hassle was parking they have a small shopping area parking garage but I'm sure it only fits about 14 cars. There is street parking but keep your eyes on those streets signs or end up with a boot on your car. I still ended up parking on the street it was a little further but in a safe area. It's a nice little coffee shop, a little more noise than you would find at Starbucks but mostly due to the music that was blasting from the speakers there. Not the ideal study place if you need coffee & some quiet but to each it's own. I ordered a croissant & one of the few alcoholic coffee drinks they offered (I don't recall the name but it was the only one with espresso in it) The drink wasn't really good, I didn't enjoy it much it was bitter af. The croissant was huge which was fine but they had nothing to go with it, not a single condiment so just a big croissant. We order the following: -Drip coffee -Double shot of espresso with vanilla syrup -Croissant -Eggy breakfast toast The eggy breakfast toast had arugula on top and a cheesy taste which i like. The bread was a bit hard so i wish it was softer a bit. The croissant was HUGE so that was cute. This is easily within the top two coffee shops I've visited in Atlanta, with life-changing coffee, a quiet atmostphere with lots of natural light, a creative food menu, and friendly staff. Two walls of the shop are floor-to-ceiling windows, and there's also an outdoor patio, so there's no concern about lighting. Seating is varied and fairly available. Only one noisy group came into the shop during the ~5 hours I was there--otherwise, everyone kept to quiet conversations. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and the "adult grilled cheese," both of which were great. I appreciate that the shop uses good beans (Counter Culture), and the food menu is well suited to coffee shop fare--some small-plate offerings that go well with your drink. Lovely little spot with great coffee and food! My cortado was very smooth and had a great crema. I ordered the prosciutto toast and it was delicious. I loved the pairing of honey and salty prosciutto, with a nice layer of butter to really meld the flavors together. Their sourdough has an amazing crunch! Condesa is a smaller, sleek-looking coffee shop at a busy city corner with nice vibes and a convenient location. There is a small retail parking lot with limited spots for 2 hour parking. You can also do street parking on John Wesley Dobbs Ave. The Wi-Fi worked fine, no trouble other than needing to ask for the password (at my last visit PW was "blue"). Other than coffee, they also have a small drinks menu, bar snacks and pastries. I tried the mocha coffee, which was just OK. I am excited to come back and try some cocktails! Bring a light jacket if you get cold easily like I do. There is outdoor seating with tables for two where you can take in the view of the Boulevard Rd & Freedom Pkwy traffic and people-watch. Bf and I stopped by Condesa on our way home yesterday and both got lattes. After trying Octane, our interests are piqued by an excellent cup of joe. Arriving around 9:30-ish last night, the place was pretty much dead. My Yelp app indicated that they closed at 11 pm, but looking at the hours by the door (which had just pm for closing time for all days), I was a bit unsure. We ordered our coffee (bf likes an extra espresso shot) and took Instagram photos of the latte art. Sipping off the microfoam, we knew we were in for a treat. After adding some simple syrup to get the sweetness just right, we sat down and marveled at the view of the city from a table. Great coffee and nice service. I guess I just wished there were more people there? But then again, many people have more exciting things to do than stop by a coffee shop on a Saturday night. ;) read more

Stayed with friends nearby and there truly is lots to choose from in the area, but this spot is chill. It's a clean modern space that I feel is less congested than ur average coffee house. I haven't tried the coffee, but I did have an iced jasmine green tea! AMAZING! It's the fall season and most ppl are drink coffee, cocoas or hot teas...but this was an excellent choice after brunch.
