I was looking for Easter egg fillers for an adult hunt. I decided this would be the way to go. I am not new to "toys" and visit different places to stay up on my "A game" Even though I had a idea of what I wanted, it was kind of hard to navigate this store, as the store is small. I felt it wasn't as organized as I would have hoped for. BUT, the lady working there was very helpful - Nadira, I think her name was....She showed me some things throughout the store that I could use. She also helped me to some freebies, freebies are always good. Few things about the store: ---It's small (don't expect a large selection), ---It's not organized or marked cleary - at eye level (you have to make a complete walk of the store or you may miss something), ---The name says "Condoms Sense" but condoms are not plentiful (I think they had maybe - maybe 4 different styles), ---Some items did not have instructions, so I could not get it (especially not as a gift). The good thing!! they have freebies - well a lighter and they are friendly. My observation??? GO on amazon, they have so much in stock....they are discreet and if you are a prime, then get it in one to two days!!!! Omg I couldn't believe the other review about being racially profiled but the exact thing happened to me today there. The lady working there rolled her eyes when I was asking a question about dildos. I visited Condom Sense to buy a very unusual product: condoms. Unfortunately, and unbelievably, this is not the place for condoms. Yes, they have many toys and other items, and the store is clean and presents well. These attributes save this from a one star review. The condom selection consisted of literally 4 different varieties (plus two additional "flavors" of one of them). That's it. Any drugstore or grocery store carries a far better selection. The management should be ashamed. Go elsewhere if you need condoms. read more

I went to this location with two of my friends and I was not satisfied with the treatment we recieved. I am a repeat customer and this is my only negative experience. We were walking around and talking, laughing but I want it to be made clear we were not laughing at any customers or any items. We were in the store for a long period of time, one of my friends was looking for a specific item, but the attendent was following us around constantly. We moved across an aisle, she did as well, we move back and suddenly she is as well. This began the moment we entered. All three of us noticed but we chose to ignore it, however I do want to note we are all three women of color, and we all felt racially profiled. She then yelled at us claiming we were laughing to loud and that not everything in the store is a joke. We weren't laughing or talking about anything in the store, we were actually comparing porn preferences. She could have approached us and spoken to us in the 30 some minutes we were in the store but she chose to yell at us and make complete assumptions about what we were talking about. She then proceeded to give us a lecture at checkout about laughing at the 'medical equipment' and stated another customer was uncomfortable with us laughing and was completely avoiding whatever section he wanted to go to. I can understand that laughing loudly can be irritating, but you didn't mention anything, you didn't approach us. You could have used the time you were following us to say something. She wasn't interested in hearing what we had to say, its clear that the second we walked in she already formed opinions on the type of people we are. She wasn't following any of the male customers around but she sure seemed real interested in the black and latina customers. She said if we come back to read the room or whatever, but after this experience I am really not interested in being followed around while I look at dildoes and vibrators. Delilah is great! We were first time visitors and initially overwhelmed with how much product was in the store (i recommend more signage to give new customers a lay of the land). She checked on us after the store cleared out, gave us useful advice (they have a lot of products, def need some guidance) and she was professional, helpful, confident and always welcomed anyone who walked in and respectfully asked them to use the hand sanitizer in the doorway before proceeding. While it is a smaller selection, they seem to make it their business to stock only the best and ensure a good variety. I actually prefer this smaller store to the huge New Fine Arts stores around town, because the *actual* selection is more relevant and higher quality. The prices are usually right on target as far as fair market or sometimes even a little cheaper, so shop here with confidence that you aren't being gouged. Their video selection leaves a lot to be desired, though I understand if this isn't where the store wants to focus its attention. There are basically a couple of shelves with stacked videos, and unless you feel like digging through it all, it's really hard to see if they have something you'd be interested in.
