Over priced so are most adult stores but still overpriced and really disorganization items just laying and around everywhere to be honest.

I've been curious about going to an adult theater recently since most adult arcades are going extinct as time progresses. Just recently, I managed the courage to go, and the experience was enjoyable. I got there mid-day to avoid the traffic, and once inside, I was greeted by a lady at the counter who was welcoming. I asked for a viewing room and paid the $20 refundable deposit. The room was straightforward, nothing too intense, but you do have to pay $5 into the machine to start the movie. It isn't just one movie, though. There are different channels that you can switch to, depending on your preference. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here. I recommend this place. read more

The service sucks and is very rude if you look young, me and my wife walked in at 8:02 and were immediately asked to see our ID's and we are shopping around and her comes a group of people that look like my age and I am 22 years old almost 23. Stores should follow their protocol more ans stop picking and choosing people. read more

I went in the store with a friend and they had the biggest selection of toys we had seen. Prices are reasonable. Staff was incredibly helpful. Especially Snow, the hot little manager, who gave us good recommendations on some pills and toys. We will be coming back!!! read more

I was excited to discover this place, I had taken an Uber to get there. The security guard left to go sit in his car. a person there somehow was able to steal my identity. Thîs was first trip here. It's huge and bright and clean. ( ladies washroom was ultra clean - like cleanest I've seen in Dallas ) The selection & prices aren't the greatest - but not the worst - but for this kinda thing, it's to be expected. Be careful going here. Saw a man purchase a large mold of the rear end of a woman, able for double entry. Went to check out and said it was for his brother. After the man left, at least 3 employees were loudly conversing about how it is always about someone's birthday party, or their brother, or anything but for a person themselves. Well just so happens I also made a purchase of an expensive mold of a rear end with double entry. I do believe in the process of the transaction a man went to check out my purchase (which was already covered in a white trash bag). Porn and its associated "gifts for adults" are expensive anywhere. If you can get past this, then you will like NFA! I love this store for its convience and selection. Inside on the right is a wide assortment of "toys" for ladies and men, as well as some dressup/costume stuff, and tons of novelties for bachelorette parties or what have you. Yes, inflatable sheep are sold here. I haven't visited the viewing booths at this location, but that's what is directly in the back, and off to the back right side are the mags, with the huge DVD selection taking up the entire left. Expect to pay retail price on everything here, but there are some deals and some clearance items. The staff knows their porn/toys and are generally pretty friendly (the dudes moreso than the girls). One of my favorite things about NFA is they will test your toy for you at the register. A drawback to this is you cannot return it if they open and test it for you, but you do get free batteries if they do ;) ! There is also always a police officer on guard at the front entrance. I think this is more for theft than safety, perse. If you look young, he will card you. If you are young and don't want to be carded, your chances are better during daylight hours. read more

Came in tonight by myself. I walked straight to adult toys wishing I was with a friend. Just short moments later an employee came over to help me out. He made me feel VERY comfortable and was pretty knowledgeable with what I was looking for. Wish they had glass dildos but they do have ceramic and aluminum guys, closest to glass... I love this place but like many recent reviews the staff having issues seems to be a common problem. It's been a long time I've been going here, and they get an A+ in all other areas. Th c tvw employee issue I've seen come and go. I thought it was turning back to good, helpful, respectful staff when not long ago they hired a quality outgoing Hispanic lady, sorry I don't know her name but she was not like the others. Based on what I bought the guy checking me out wouldn't even look me in the face and was so judgmental. Products are well organized. There are some displays where you can actually touch the products so you have an idea what they're going to be like. There is an extensive selection adult videos for every preference. Also a very nice selection of magazines most of which you can peruse before buying. I saved the best for last; the staff was extremely kind and thoughtful. I asked for help from both the male and the female attendants and they were both helpful, they knew the stock in their store and their attitude set me at ease about asking about some of the products. Normally have no bad experiences when I come to the store, staff is normally very friendly! I come here for all my smoking accessories, great selection and fair pricing. However, I went in to purchase a "Juul" type battery and was promptly told "we don't have any" so I said "ok!" Like no big deal but still wanted to look for myself. After a cpl minutes I find a "jili pen" which I look up online to find that it does in fact fit the juul pods. So I say "excuse me I thiNk I found one" I purchase the $21 battery and get in my car to charge it. It does not turn on or work at all! So I put it back in the package and return inside with my receipt within 5 min of purchasing. Politely tell the worker that I'm sorry this battery is malfunctioning and it will not turn on or charge. The response I received was. " I don't know how much I can do about that for you". I then just said well I'd like just a refund and no worries I can come back when you get more. Then was told "NO REFUNDS IT SAYS IT ON THE RECEIPT". I'm baffled bc I was just sold a product that never worked nor did they care that it didn't work, And persisted to tell me that's it's not their fault that it didn't work. Clearly I understand it's not their fault that the product didn't work but it IS their fault for selling products that do not work and could give a shit if you buy it or not. Bottom line. DONT GO HERE. I will never be returning to this store and everyone should know to WATCH OUT BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING. My advice DONT BUY ANYTHING AT ALL. PISS POOR BUSINESS. read more

Although the toys are a bit on the higher price range they are of excellent quality, the adult videos are always top notch and I love the 3 for $20! I love coming here for either personal enjoyment or private entertainment for myself and others. I was over charged 25 dollars, they made me jump through hoops for 2 days to try to get a refund, and when all was said and done they still didn't give me back my refund. Horrible experience, truly the worst example of a business that goes to lengths to take money without granting service. I wasn't offered store credit, a discount on another item; nothing. Think carefully if this is the type of business you feel comfortable making an honest transaction with. This is your money, don't let these thieves steal it from you too. Do not go to this location. The staff is very rude. I purchased an item from this location and opened the box about 14 days later, only to find that the item was not in the box. There was some random item in the box. The box was taped, so someone form the store taped the box shut. I called and explained this to them. I was told that they have a 10 day exchange policy, so there was nothing that could be done. I should have opened the box within 10 days. Had I known that the store policy was to deceive, I would have open the box in the store. Please do not go here, order from an online store, better prices and better service. read more

I just got off work this morning & headed to this location to get some pipes. It's 39 degrees at 6 am in Dallas right now. Walk in, right to the display case which the security gaurd was leaning on. He spoke to me and stated I looked like his sister. (lol) I replied really? And kept it moving. Making my way around the display case. So about a minute later he says he knows I'm cold, can I take my hood off. I have on a jacket, unzipped. Wallet, phone, keys in my hand. I look at him, say nothing and complied. He then goes on to say: yeah the camera needs to take a picture of you. Then states I know You ain't gone rob or us nothing but they need to see you. I have no issue with him asking me to take my hood off, since he was obviously uncomfortable with me having it on, even though it´s 39 degrees outside..but he should've said thank you and went back to his corner. The comments about me robbing The establishment was not professional, I don't steal and I don't play about stealing. As a business owner, I can honestly say I wouldn't want any of my customers to feel as I felt this morning. Unwelcomed. Even though I spent my little $30 in there today.. I will think twice before visiting again. For future reference: 1. Please use a sign outside of your business if you require a dress code. 2. wife and i went in the other night and we have been to many adult book stores. This one is clean, well lit. the staff is non judgemental and very helpfull. we looked around bought a couple of items. you will pay high prices at this store. there are no real "deals" to be had. we went in the back to check out the booths ...they are very clean and roomy, you can turn the lights on or off and screens are big. the doors are full doors and lock so you dont have to worry about someone trying to creep up on you lol. walls are very thin though and you can here whats going on in the next room. we had a great time for not alot of money. I wish they had more of a formal couples night. I called the manager to tell him how impressed i was with his store and asked him about a couples night. he said he has something in the works. I asked about maybe putting in a theater. he said there are no plans of that but deff a couples night. all in all we will be back. read more
