I've been a fan of this place for the past few years. I would always go to get glass pieces at reasonable prices. The best being the mini perc that they carry for $50. It's similar to those by Roor and other brands but for a fraction of the price. I paid them another visit today after a long hiatus. The store had a larger layout and more products. I decided to go with another one of my trusted percs but upon checkout we discovered it had a small crack. After some digging around, there were no replacements for the style I was looking for. After some deliberation the guys decided to give me an upgrade to a larger piece at the same price. It's that kind of customer service that will keep me going back. I have been going to PPV for 2 years now for all of my vaping needs. I live in far East Dallas but I am more than happy to make the drive to PPV to re-fill. This is saying a lot because there are 10 or so vape shops near me, and even more on my drive there. The guys who work there are very knowledgable, friendly , always down for a conversation and their prices are awesome on both e-juices and equipment. The shopping experience is personable & you feel like they've known you for years. With vaping being a new trend, other shops can seem very desperate for sales, corporate and fake, and you can't shake the feeling like you're being sold as a longterm customer. Who in the hell wants to be welcomed into a store with scripted greetings and memorized sales pitches by a bunch of identically dressed people? Are you serious? The PPV guys give you a valued-customer-experience without being creepy, it's like buying from your friends and, I don't know about you, that's what I prefer and it's why I make the drive from far east Dallas. They have a huge variety of flavors and are more than happy to recommend or help you find one you'd enjoy. I've never had anything close to a negative or stressful experience in this shop and, plainly, thats why I don't go anywhere else. 5 stars. Oh and did I mention they are huge supporters of the local electronic music community? If you go to this shop, you might notice the Burrito Jimmy a few doors down closer to Ct. Road. If you go here, and they offer it to you - I would warn you NOT to select the option to have your burrito encased in cheese & green sauce, because you will be unleashing an unholy Jihad from your bowels an hour or so thereafter. I have been doing business with this company for over 10 years, going back to the little old shop off LBJ & Coit Rd. Its always been a drive from where i live and it's always been well worth the trip. They have been the only place in town with nice glass beakers for under $50 which was a Godsend for my glass breaking self. The selection and range of products is unsurpassed in Dallas. The prices charged by their "competition" are ridiculous compared to the prices you'll find at PPV. No i haven't been paid to write this; im just that enthusiastic about the products and friendly staff. The salty chick who's husband had the Jedi Mind Trick pulled on him is just too much of a coward to admit he cracked the thing after he got it in the car and tried to look at it while driving cuz his story about the half ass packaging job is making shit up to appease his Karen wife. Even if it was just a replacement bowl, they ALWAYS over do it with the bubble wrap! Like almost to the point of being comical! So his story is bullshit just told by a scared man to his overbearing wife. Im surprised she lets him smoke at all... Probably CBD only strains. Poor fella.. I would not recommend this place. First off there service is absolutely horrible the guy helping us was so blazed he didn't even know where he was. Second, the vape juice I was sold was not only over priced but it also made my stomach sick just after a few hits. You are better off going online and ordering from a name brand then buying over priced cheaply made juice from this store. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! I am absolutely appalled at what happened here today. My spouse went in earlier this evening to purchase a bowl piece and while there, was talked into buying a bong. The guy who wrapped up bong did a half assed job and placed it in a ridiculously large bag. While walking out the door, the top of the bong clipped the door frame due to the ridiculous way it was placed inside the extra large sized bag and cracked the top of it. My spouse went back and told the guy who sold him the bong what just happened, which I'm sure he may have even seen and/or heard. He said all he could do for him was to give him some rewards points. No replacement, no refund. He never even made it home with the bong!!! They cared more about whether or not you're wearing a face mask than they do about properly packing the brand new product they just sold you. So basically, the guy talked him to buying a bong, then did not properly wrap and bag it and when it crack due to his negligence, didn't give a cr@p! So in the end, he paid over $70 for a $15 bowl piece after driving almost hour to shop here. Terrible Customer Service. Shame on you! read more

Great service. They are honest, legit, and care about quality. Also moderately priced compared to other leading headship in dallas. As a valued customer of all head shops as I collect glass art; I find PPV selection to be hit and miss, more affordable. I like other places if you're about to drop 350+ on a home piece. I purchased a water pipe from this location, and they claimed it was a name brand diamond glass, although it did not have any labels. They charged $150 for this piece. After only using the piece once it was clearly completely defective. We had to deep clean it after EVERY session. It has been a week since It was purchased and i called this location and spoke to the manger, not sure what her name was, but she said if it was the same day they WOULD have helped us. The customer service of this place is HORRIBLE. They will take your money and sell you a defective piece and tell you that you're SOL! Way to go PPV! You just lost a life long customer! I bought a starter kit here and went back for more juice and a better tank. The tank broke before I got home so I went back and they replaced it. I left, and the new one broke too. I came back and they replaced that too, trying to figure out why they were breaking. The new one has held strong for 2 weeks so far. Every time I've been in PPV, the guys have always been very nice and fairly helpful. I'm sure it's fantastic if you're looking for smoking supplies, but the vape juices leave a bit to be desired. And by "a bit to be desired," I mean it's awful. It burns extremely easily, loses flavor quickly, and is probably made from ingredients of questionable origin. Go for the head shop aspects, and leave the vape business to those more qualified. read more
