This place is awesome on the outside and inside. Just look at the photos. It's huuuuuge with a selection of every kind of adult product you could want, walls and walls. The interior is large, open, and brightly lit. A large glass counter houses different kinds of specialty items, including things like awesome arabesque masquerade masks in gold, white and black. I was especially impressed with their selection of adult board games, books, and the huge Lelo vibrator display, so you could pick up and handle the products. Everything was impeccably laid out. As is typical, most of the merchandise are low quality 'throwaway' items and very few high quality ones, but that's an industry wide problem, not specific to New Fine Arts. read more

I have never had an experience as bad as this before. I went in and purchased an item I also purchased batteries. I came home and put the batteries in the item and it did not work. I called the store back to see about exchanging the item. But I was informed there could be no exceptions that that would have to be done between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. in the evening the following day. The manager on duty could not make an exception he refused to do so he couldn't make a call because I guess he doesn't have a backbone. Shady operation. If you use a credit card there they will steal your info. My girlfriend and I went into the northwest highway location to purchase an adult toy and I used my visa debit card. The card info was stolen and they took $84.00 from the account and tried to get another $200 until my back alerted me. As soon as you walk in, inventory blowout and bachelorette party items are on the right with lingerie, books, and games. This nasty place is by far the worst I've ever encounted. First of all they are rude AF. Not only are they rude, they also are very but very unprofessional. The New Fine Arts in Shiloh is by far the best adult store all-round. Very nice employees and also clean. In the other hand the Northwest Highway location is so filthy that a used nasty condom was on plain sight inside the shop. Oh when I went to tell the man in the front was making gestures like he doesn't know what the hell I was talking about and that he doesn't care if it's there used on plain sight. Not only if the heath department was to show up they will get hit with a big hefty fine if not closed that location for good for unsanitary reasons but also they tried to charge me and my wife extra for a " viewing room" and they tried to charge me double saying that it's 10$ per head...... Not per room but per head. That's 20$ a movie which is a first for me . When I tried to tell them they were wrong because never have I ever spent more than 10$ a movie for me and my wife but they said that in the past 2 years since she's been working there it's been 20$ and it's the same price at the other locations which was a big lie and to top paid off there's used freaking needles in the viewing room and a used condom inside the store.
