We ordered the prosciutto sandwich and roasted vegetable omelette with goat cheese, both of which were incredibly fresh tasting and bursting with flavor. While both items were fantastic, what stood out to me was the delicious bread which was pillowy soft, chewy and was the perfect vehicle to soak up the farm fresh egg yolks on the sandwich and to pair with the goat cheese and herbal elements of the omelette. We also got a glass of orange, carrot and ginger juice which was freshly whipped up with the Zumex-style citrus juicer located inside the shop. To finish off our hearty breakfast, I got an almond and ginger tart to go that was simply amazing! The crust had just the right amount of crunch and the almond slices paired beautifully with the subtle ginger notes of the pastry~ 5/5 yumminess Both outdoor and indoor seating is available, but we opted for the latter to avoid the cigarette smoke from passersby plus you get the added bonus of watching their chef cook through the big glass window to their kitchen! The owner is an interesting chatty gentleman with very strong political views (the shop is decked out in Bitcoin propaganda) and he told us they maintain a strictly 2-person operation to ensure that the food is prepared up to their meticulous standards. Overall despite the higher-than-average prices, you cant go wrong with INTZ48 for a deliciously satisfying and filling brunch with very high quality and farm-to-fork ingredients. It was never busy when I was there, likely because it was not high tourist season, so reservations were not necessary but I can see it getting busy during the summer months. Although there are a number of options on the menu, one or two items may not be available due to lack of ingredients. For fish options, they only make what was caught that day. For instance, I was fortunate enough to order the only ahi tuna that they had that day. Over the two visits, I ordered the grilled shrimp, the ahi tuna, and the grilled octopus. The grilled shrimp were pretty large and tasty. I thought the ahi tuna was just okay. Like at other restaurants, it seems like they unnecessarily add too much salt to an already salty protein. The grilled octopus was my favorite of all the dishes. The octopus was nicely grilled so that it had a crunch, but was still soft and tender. The suckers on the tentacles fell off in my mouth, so that added some fun texture to the mix. I also ordered a chocolate cake, but you get 2 small slices so it wasn't worth it. Dinner came out to about 40€. There is one wait staff now, so the chef no longer runs the front and the back as others have mentioned.

The pastries in the clear casing can vary day to day so try the treat you want because they might not have it the next day!

And I love tea! We never made it to the plantations but was happy to see ao many offerings from the local sources. We took our time sipping our aromatic teas, nomming at our simple sandwiches, crunching and chewing at the contrasting textures of our black pudding pineapple... and just felt the warm sun and heard the birds and felt present and at peace.
