My Mom went here before going to Atlanta with me for a Broadway premiere. We've both had lashes for years but it was her first time here. The next morning her eyes were almost swollen shut and she wasn't able to come on the trip. She emailed the owner with pictures with no response until she posted a review. It's been 4 days and she can't get them off (we've tried coconut oil, steam, etc.) and she still has to pry her eyes open every morning. The second picture was today, 4 days later. Update: They won't refund her money citing that they should have been given time to rectify the situation (while also saying they don't check emails on the weekends...?) and that my Mom is at fault for trying to remove them herself. As a business owner myself I can understand policies and honestly even mistakes but her attitude towards my Mom is just bad business practice. read more

I have gone to Bebe for my eyelash extensions for over 5 years now and she is honestly the best there is in the area! I have tried a couple different people throughout the years but I always come back to Bebe. She knows what she is doing and it shows. I've also had ombré powder brows done by her and they're perfect! She is professional and makes every client feel so comfortable and beautiful. She always responds to any questions I have and replies back in a timely manner during her normal business hours. And her salon is also so gorgeous! If you're thinking about any her services, book with her! Her employee Nina also does an amazing job! I've followed her throughout her journey with her trainings with Bebe and I'm so impressed on how fast she developed her skills from classic to volume lashes. If you're looking for a more friendly price, Nina is the way to go! I've seen the recent reviews of complaints about "glue making their eyes shut" and I can say that's never been an issue for me... I don't know how that's even possible if the client was able to leave the salon with their eyes open. If anything it sounds like an allergic reaction, which as a healthcare professional, I know can be a delayed reaction even if the client has had no issues before and salons use different glues. As a first time client, you sign a waiver acknowledging this and if there's any reaction you should get it professionally removed as stated in the contract. Also, I've never had any issues with retention! As someone who cleans/brushes their lashes daily as instructed, I can say if you take care of your lashes it will last. read more

I had tried a few high end expensive lash studios before and was always disappointed. Then I found Bebe at Eve Beauty. She is a lash genius!! People are constantly asking me where I get then done. Even after two plus weeks! I was just on vacation for a week swimming in the ocean and pool and they still look amazing. Prices are reasonable too. From what I understand, it's fairly easy to get a license to do lashes. So you can probably get them cheaper because lots of people do them and are trying to get new clients. But it is an art and you get what you pay for! Bebe knows everything there is to know about lashes. So if you are having them done for the first time, she will guide you in terms of length, curl, shape, etc. Based on what will look best with you eye shape and your own lashes. I have had lashes in the past that were hard and even painful. These are silky soft and feel like your own lashes. I never left the house without makeup before my Eve Beauty lashes. Now I hardly wear any and love not waking up with mascara under my eyes after a night out! The studio is very nice and I always enjoy catching up with Bebe or taking a little nap with the cozy blanket provided. This is my first review ever and I was a little hesitant because right now I still am able to get an appointment when I need a fill. Haha. Bebe is amazing at what she does. You can tell she has had a lot of experience and trainings and her work is flawless. I had one brow that was lower than the other naturally and Bebe was able to reshape and fix with ombré brow technique . She spends a while just looking at your face and finding the right shape for you and really cares about the final result. She color matches on point and mixes colors and shades. This salon is beautiful. Very relaxing. Eva is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. I went to her for microblading. She looked at the shape of my eyebrows with makeup as I would normally do them and kind of used that as a guide of how I wanted them to look. She made them thinner so that I have some wiggle room for when I want to change my look. She also color matched me perfectly! I'm so happy with my microblading. I will be returning in a year for a touch up. I highly recommend Eva to anyone who is interested in microblading! read more

I had a totally different experience than a lot of these other people. First of all, the pictures she has on her website aren't the ones she's done. I went 3x within a few months and my eyebrows still look bad. After a month they turned grey and they're very patchy after 3x. She told me two different ways to take care of them. She said she was "going to try a new technique on me". Not something you want to hear when getting a tattoo on your face. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. read more

I came here trying to find a new lash salon after moving to the area. I've been incredibly happy with the volume lashes I got done - the work is great! I'm almost at two weeks and they still look so full. My only complaint is that I was told to wash my lashes before the appointment on my own and to remove ALL of my makeup before my next appointment. Often I schedule appointments after work so I don't think to carry all of those things with me. I've also never been to a lash salon that requires you to do that - I've always had a lash bath included free of charge with each fill appointment at previous salons and only been told not to wear EYE makeup, nothing about face makeup in the 2 years I've been getting lashes done. I also wasn't a fan of the taping method used as it made my eyes water a TON and was incredibly uncomfortable but it's a small price to pay for great lashes! read more

Eva is very good at what she does. She is a true artist. Took some effort to get my brows to work because I have atopic eczema around my eyebrows but she was patient and even went through the trouble of giving me patch test prior to my appointment. Microblading was beautifully done but did not work with my skin which peels and flakes easily. However the powdered brows worked! I'm happy with the results! read more

Absolutely awful experience at Eve Beauty salon in peabody. Do not see Bebe. I left the place crying because of how badly I was treated. She had just started to tape down my lower lashes which takes usually seconds to do and my eyes just take a few seconds to adjust. But this time she was extremely rough and very degrading the whole time. She told me to look up so i did, then proceeded to tell me in a very harsh tone if i didn't shut my eyes i would have chemical burns on them. I told her to stop, take the tape off and left the salon in tears. Just overall very rude and did not make me feel welcomed. read more

Previously, I had been a client at a very expensive, well-known Boston lash salon, but had a hard time finding convenient appointments there, given my work schedule. Eva did my microblading, she is very patience, professional, a perfectionist and knows exactly what she is doing. I wanted my eyebrows to be more full and define, and that is exactly what eva did. I really wanted to like this place. Easy to get to convenient parking and the inside was nice and relaxing. The woman who put my eyelash extensions on was very nice. Now let me first say I have gotten classic eyelash extensions at two different places over the years and they came out fabulous and full. The woman asked me if I wanted length or thickness, since my eyelashes are already long I wanted them to look more full. After she was done I felt like I already needed a fill. My eyelash extensions look sparse. In the past when I have gotten them I could notice a difference, with this extensions I notice no difference. The extensions themselves look like they have basically been put on at the ends of my lashes every few lashes. I was really hoping to get fuller eyelash extensions instead of random extensions placed here and there. I canceled my appointment for a fill that I had scheduled and will be returning to my previous salon blink where I feel like I get my money's worth. read more
