Woman at the front continued to answer calls as my son and I stood right in front of her .. didn't ask what I needed just looked at me, I asked for gel builder and she said they didn't do that so I asked for a menu of their services offered.. she told me it was online and answered another call. I then said I would just get a regular gel manicure and assumed I had acrylics on which I didn't then went on to say they couldn't remove my gel builder either. I have had a bit of trouble communicating all my needs to the tech I had the last time and unsuccessfully went a few rounds asking if they could use non-latex gloves as I have an allergy. you have to pick a color by opening each bottle while your nails are wrapped in foil - 1 star 75% of the nail polish bottles have crusted dried paint around the rim (especially the DND) and inside, the paint wasn't mixed well in some. this screams old polish to me.. - 1 star my nail tech was Kelly. I'm sorry to write this but the honest truth is that she was rude and yelled at me during my manicure (she even apologized after) but it ruined the vibe and made for an uncomfortable experience. - 2 stars i drove from Medford wanting to try a new salon.. this was a complete mistake! do not go here. I called them and made an appointment and Amanda the receptionist was able to pencil me in. Before I get into my nail tech VA let me hip you to Amanda, her customer service is on a different level. It was a cloudy day due to rain but when I walked into Gloss she had been a ray of sunshine. Her energy was positive and she helped me figure out what natural color would go well on my nails the whole nine. Then, my nail tech Va, a gem! She was detial oriented and meticulous on how my nails look. Va took the time to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
