The time it took to replace it was 35 minutes. The charge that I paid for this service was $275., an exorbitant amount by any standard. The average charge in Florida for a licensed electrician is between $100 and $150. per hour. I will not be using SunCoast Electric again.

I was told that they could not at the time. (First red flag) He took a few pictures and said they would have a mold tech come take test samples. I did explain that i did have an insurance and a claim put in so he collected that information and insured me not to worry because they will be taking care of everything with the insurance company. I clearly stated that "i did not want work started until you get the green-light from the insurance company." The next day the mold tester came and took samples. The day after i was contacted and told the tests came back positive and the insurance company gave them the ok to do work. The workers came out and started to do the clearing out and sectioning off the rooms. The next day they cut my drywalls, carpet, and threw out the debris then proceeded to place the machines in each of the rooms. They left the machines in the rooms for 4 days and then removed them after. A few days later i received a message from the insurance company stating that the claim was denied (red flag 2). Was strange since i already had one open and funded. When i called the insurance company i was told someone tried to open another claim and they tried to bill them $23,000!! (Red flag 3). I then received an email from All Dry USA stating that the claim was denied by the insurance company and now I'm responsible for the payment. I questioned i thought everything cleared through the insurance company before you started? With no clear response they claimed sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I told them I'm not going to pay that because they told me the insurance company ok'd it and all they could say is that "you signed the agreement." I called the insurance company to find out what happened and they told me All Dry tried to bill them $23,000 plus they never sent the mold results before they started work. Fast forward 8 months my public adjuster can't get an email from them showing they followed the process with the insurance company and not trying to budge from the bill amount. Pricing is VERY high and they had been giving me a military discount of 10% This time my uncle, who lives in our condo, had to call them to set up service. He didn't mention military at time of "costing" When they came to do the work, I paid everything but the 10% figuring that I could just call them and have it adjusted. I was informed that it couldn't be done after "costing" so there wasn't a way to adjust it. Basically, what I was told was that if you ask for military discount, they mark up your estimate so they can give you a discount. There is NO discount. There is NO respect for military, fire, police, emt, etc. There is ONLY GREED!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They only care about the money.
