The process was very superficial, they call it "gentle". It was more like "nothingness". I could go in detail about many of the reasons this was unlike any colonic I've ever had, but will spare details. I'm writing the review because when I gave my feedback to the manager, he was relentlessly defensive and actually turned the negative experience around to place blame on me! Come for the sauna, but save your money for the colonic. It's a pure waste of money and time. You may just walk away relieved from a few farts- you can do that on your own by bending over and drinking some app cider vinegar.
