The guy who adjusted me is fine but I the way the girl in the front was very unprofessional and seemed like she just is trying to make more money to the company when that doesn't even matter she'll be getting paid no matter what, an now I'm down $110 because she wanted to lie about it. I will not be coming back and I don't recommend this place for anyone. I will be trying to get in contact with the owners or the manager about this.

The first step into this office, you know it is something different. The friendly front desk staff is willing to help and guide you to what you need to do. I would say if you need a long term fix (like I do) you need to take a look of the care plan packages that they can work with you on. The initial visit isn't just a 'quick fix' just to get you out the door. There is an Xray involved (which they do onsite), group classes and finally an individual plan workup if your care needs it. Dr. Serrano frequently has health clinics, dinners and other events that make you feel at home and part of something special. What else makes this place different? The check in process. You check in similar to going to a gym. Do your warmup exercises, and wait for your adjustment. The Doctor performs that adjustments and then you are sent to the back of the office to perform individual post-adjustment exercises. Everything is streamlined so it really doesn't take a lot of time. In addition to the Chiropractor services, they also offer dietary and whole-health advice and supplements to help you in your life journey.
