We were told there may be a $20 to 25 restocking fee at that time. A check was mailed to us 30 days after returning the uniforms! They charged us $94 restocking/handling fee for a $349 order!! I complained to Jims Sports Center to no avail, they claimed this was their standard return costs. I guess the verbal quote/ promise meant nothing to them, so take that for what its worth...nothing!

The employee working at the register didn't want to believe us when we told them that the price that rang up was not the one posted for the item where it was located. He wanted to argue and possibly thought that we were haggling. But when we pointed out to him the price on the rack, which was in eyeshot of the register he became a bit defeated.
