They came out lifted up our SUV and the tow dolly we were pulling and drove us back to their lot. Not only did they offer to check out the transmission to see if they could help (even though we knew it was blown) they also returned our tow dolly to a local U-Haul!! They gave us the kind of service that barely exists anymore, they were accommodating, they went WAY out of their way for us, and they did everything they could to try and save us money on our transmission issues. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work or a tow!

I took the car to Sloan, and received a very reasonable estimate. The work was performed in a timely manner, and I was glad to get my car back before the snow and road salt arrived. The car looks SO GOOD. They even went the extra mile and returned it super clean on the inside as well. I'm so satisfied with the quality of work that I'm going to have Sloan also repair a parking-lot incident on another car that was already scheduled to be done elsewhere.

First, their facility is spotless and well organized. Mark Dillon and his staff were very professional and friendly. I got my car's AC fixed within an hour and they told me everything they were doing and going to do. I was so impressed, I asked if I could bring My Pick-up over and see what they could do. It had a similar situation with The AC system. They said to bring it right over. So i took my car home and brought my truck up. Within 30 minutes the found a bad relay, and recharged the system. The only slight delay was waiting for the part to come from the parts store. So within 3 hours I had both vehicles AC systems checked and repaired; and didn't "lose my shirt" in the process.
