My 4yr old nearly died the day prior due to complications due to pancreatitis. He had to be hospitalized for stabilization and I picked him up from the hospital the following morning in stable condition but with directions to have him seen for follow up that day. I called every office between Buffalo and Eire and absolutely no one would see us. Ever the urgent cares turned us away due to being understaffed and overbooked. No one cared that he nearly died the night before. After over 6 hours of calling around I called The Animal Clinic. The staff member listened to my story like everyone else, told me the were booked solid like everyone else, and then created an appointment for us within an hour and a half of my calling so that the Dr could see us as soon as he got out of his current surgery. The staff was super kind. They recognized my story as soon as I gave my name. We were seen within minutes of arrival. The Dr seemed very knowledgeable and only ordered the labs we really needed so that the bill would be as affordable as possible. Staff followed up the following day, today, and were very kind and helpful. We had to have one of our elderly dogs put down and I know that she felt as bad as we did. The office staff is very good also, they will go out of their way to help with information or any assistance you may need.
