Dwaine specializes in Cavapoos and clearly loves what he does. From helping us choose the right puppy to sharing practical house-training tips, he was supportive and patient every step of the way. They also offer a Complete Puppy Care Package for adopters, which was incredibly helpful. What stood out most is that Dwaine remains available even after adoption -- whenever we've had a question, day or night, he has taken the time to answer and guide us. He genuinely cares about his puppies and wants to see them thrive in their new homes. When I went to choose my puppy, I was torn between two. Dwaine took the time to walk me through their personalities and helped me think about which one would be the best fit for me. That guidance made all the difference. We absolutely adore our little guy -- he's sweet, fun, and so smart. If you're looking for a Cavapoo, I would wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to Superior Hilltop Cavapoo at 330-600-9655.

We paid a good part & they helped with the rest but no record of it at all but we were suppose to have it .I questioned them on keeping financial records for donations but got nothing except cant adopt unless we get proof. We called the vet who faxed the proof over & on the paper was ANIMAL WELFARE LEAGUE name so again we should keep records but they don't keep records where their $ goes. Then more questions after she had the proof .! Jump through hoops more or less .Should have more bonding time with the older cats in the big colonies & separate alone time in a room. Not with 8 other cats.cant get a cats attention during feeding time & a bunch of other cats running all around.. they don't tell u about a wellness check needed within a month & they will call the vet to make sure we took him .The cat we adopted just had a wellness in April she saud but needed one by end of June, once a,year which was not a,year at all but that was another 70$ the vet looks at him ,listens to his heart & sees if hes well .Animal league could so that there. If we didn't take him they would take the cat fr us .like she had some real issues of rudeness !!!! Every one else was fantastic. Bethenny the CEO .is very dishonest. Says she will call but never did .ever !!!! Said after 5 but called at 5;30 & she went home. Never ever returned my call.once .After 4 days still no call ! Very poor at PR.!

I welcomed a puppy from this breeder into my family several months ago. I could immediately tell…read moresomething was not right with him. He had severe personality issues and several troubling behaviors that were very out of the ordinary for a brand new puppy. After spending an enormous amount of money on Vet testing, a professional dog behaviorist, and training I was told many of his behaviors are typical of puppies from PUPPY MILLS and that his personality issues are GENETIC. I contacted Chris (the breeder) about all of this. At first she became extremely defensive. Then after I notified her of what the professionals had told me she immediately stopped responding. On puppy pick up day, Chris and her husband told my family they had been given one of my puppy's parents for free. No legitimate breeder would ever take a random dog they had been given and start breeding it. Given my pup's severe issues, his parents (Genevieve and Danny Boy) should never be bred again. Real breeders do extensive genetic and behavioral testing before choosing to breed any 2 dogs. If this had been done, my puppy would not be suffering from so many problems. This breeder puts on a good show on Facebook, but BEWARE. Note how they refuse to let anyone meet the adult dogs they are breeding. I've learned that all real breeders allow meet and greets so you can see what type of personality your puppy will be coming out with. They put up pictures of the puppies because puppies are adorable. However, they never show the conditions the puppies live in. When I questioned Chris on this she informed me the puppies never leave their cage in one designated room of her home. This creates severe problems. Please, please read about the importance of early socialization in puppies. My pup came home with his fur saturated in urine and feces and with a terrible case of fleas. We did not receive any real vet records. The paper this "breeder" sends is hand written. When my Vet requested to see the actual records from the previous Vet that Chris claimed had treated my puppy, Chris changed her story and said the Vet she'd used hadn't kept any records at all. I could go on and on about the problems we have had. If you are considering purchasing your puppy from Malshi Puppies PA, please RUN in the other direction. I couldn't even leave a poor review on their business Facebook page because they have reviews TURNED OFF the ability to leave reviews. Take a look at the very few good reviews they have. They are all old. I would say as soon as they realized they were putting unhealthy, unhappy puppies out into the world they turned off the ability to leave new reviews. They are totally shameful. I love my puppy, but he has definitely suffered and struggled much more than a healthy puppy would have. I think we found our way to him because he needed us. It has taken an enormous amount of money and hours upon hours of behavioral work, and he still is not well adapted to life. Do not support this horrible business with your money. They are severely negligent to these innocent animals.

I am not a typical reviewer and I am pretty low maintenance when it comes to boarding.. it is…read moreimportant to me that my 2 closely bonded German Shepherds are kept together, have their favorite toys, and have food and water... that's really all I care about. The Paws n Claws Erie location recommended I make the further drive to the Girard location because it's better suited for larger dogs, with more space so they can be boarded together. I just recently boarded my dogs at the Girard location for the second time. They were boarded for 7 days and when my husband picked them up, no issues were mentioned.. this was expected since we didn't have any issues a few months ago when they were boarded here and have never had any issues with their behavior at any other boarding facilities. They are very socialized dogs. I later noticed that our bill was $100 higher than expected.. $600 instead of $500.. After calling, I was told by the owner that the dogs had been separated for unknown reasons so I was charged for 2 separate kennels. This was a shock to me since it was not communicated whatsoever.. I had further questions as to why they were separated and I did not feel heard or understood by the owner. My concerns were dismissed and I was told to call back and talk to the business manager when she was back the next morning since she may be able to tell me why.. Later that night I received a generic email notification that the extra charge was refunded. The manager called the next day and explained that my dogs were barking at other dogs passing by and roughhousing with each other, which led to the separation & relocation for safety reasons on the day they arrived. I understand the need for safety, however, rough housing and barking at other dogs is very typical behavior for german shepherds.. it is to be expected when first arriving in a new environment full of dogs. I was told that it is in the boarding contract that they have the right to separate the dogs. The last time I boarded them I was told they were very well behaved so this was all quite surprising to me. My dogs are best friends and the last thing I would want to do is have them be boarded in separate kennels for a week.. especially at an additional charge. All of these factors combined, I don't recommend this boarding facility for those with large energetic dogs. The communication issue was disappointing. I do appreciate that they refunded me the $100 charge due to the miscommunication, however being met with empathy by the owner would've made a huge difference to me. Leaving our dogs behind is hard enough for us, worrying about them barking at other dogs from their kennel or rough housing with each other is the last thing I want to be concerned about when boarding so I will not be returning.

Our shih tzu spent nine days here after reading plenty of positive reviews and hearing good things…read morefrom friends. When I arrived to pick him up the owner told me he had been pooping a lot during his stay. I just assumed it was a nervous tummy and no big deal. When they brought him out he looked a little wet and I assumed he had been out playing in water because it was 90 degrees. I scooped him up and went out to allow the next guest in (only one dog is permitted in the office at a time, which I actually like.) Once I got outside in the sun I realized he had dried poop caked all over him. It was around his eyes and ears and caked on his butt so thick that it needed to be cut out with scissors when I got him home. He's a fluffy guy, and I understand he's more likely to get messy. But this was SEVERAL DAYS of poop. Had anyone spent any time with him at all during the week, someone would have noticed. The forms I signed clearly stated that any animal that gets dirty will be bathed, kennels are cleaned regularly, and no pets go home dirty. This is obviously separate from the optional grooming services they offer. His eyes were horribly crusted with boogers, his paws crusted with poop, his nose is scraped, and he has a fever. I called and spoke with Patty the owner on my way home who said they didn't wash him because I opted out of grooming. That is absurd and neglectful. It was after I got him home and bathed that I realized he can barely walk from total lack of exercise (which confirms that he was not given any attention.) He is currently lying next to me trembling and whimpering. It is heartbreaking that a place would allow this to happen to a sweet little animal that they were trusted to care for. Horrible.
