Fred is my contact person and my usual drivers are Alex and Marat and they are excellent! I have had a few other drivers and they have been wonderful also. The drivers were good humble people and offered great service; but the owner makes the decisions on where to send the drivers. This is another one of those shady company run by an eastern European who cares more about making money then customer service and then when you call him he will tell you "you need to wait and be patient" and hang up on. Not reliable at all. Stay away or be ready to wait for hours on end for a pick up.

She told me to call go grannies go and speak to Sharon. Like I said this is my first review and Sharon has been a blessing to my mother and myself.
