He came out for a free consultation, sent me a quote within a few days and a list of equipment I needed to purchase (my old equipment was a few years old and I just wanted to start new anyways). I should have written this review in 2012, however I didn't dare as I needed them for support up until recently (we are now on a new system / new provider). I don't want to get into too much detail as they are quite aggressive in defending themselves, however suffice to say I spent close to 100k with them over the years and really wish I hadn't. I will leave it at that for details. The frustrations I had: 1) Multiple locations not programmed consistently 2) Spotty service with much variability in the support available 2A) Slow to get more complicated support issues resolved 3) ATTITUDE. Holy cow. You would think they were doing me a favor every time they some much as took my call. And when I took it up with the owner out of desperation he was no help. 4) Pricing started out reasonable and then went off the rails in later years If you choose to go with them please do your research and see if you can contact some of their long term customers for an honest opinion. I actually did my research in 2012 and had some references that wouldn't really talk to me, and some that I visited in retrospect were giving me hints that they had their issues - I didn't really pick up on that at the time.
