I moved to I2B because I wanted to work with a provider with a more family like feel that still had the technology required for me to feel comfortable moving and running our server infrastructure from their facility. I have had nothing buy great experiences and they have always been accommodating. I recall one network outage over the past 6+ years and 0 power issues, even when San Diego lost power. The network outage was remedied that day and has never been an issue since. I recommend you check them out for yourself and compare them to the other big players to see who fits your own needs best.

Whether I was there with my little half-rack (my own business), or with five full racks as the I.T. Manager for the largest chain of clinics in San Diego (when I took a break from my biz for a bit), I have been getting the same above-and-beyond service from I2B since I started with them, and pretty much the same great guys have been providing it that entire time. From my favorite late-night tech (Max O.) who I have always been able to trust with quick and intelligent remote-hands, to Chad, Mike T., Mike F., and the rest of the team, everyone there has always provided that personal touch that makes I2B unique. An enterprise-grade datacenter, with the personal touch of a small business, and staff that take pride in their work, know their stuff, and seem to like their jobs, too. And little touches like the crazy complimentary snack selection when you're stuck there working a late night make the difference. When I have a problem, he is on top of it immediately. For a monthly retention fee (not expensive), he keeps my computer running beautifully. He is able to monitor what's going on, e.g. he knows when my internet is down. He has wonderful suggestions that strengthen my credibility with my clients. Cloud storage, access to my files no matter where I am or what computer I'm on as long as I have internet access. He is full-service. He can offer you internet, etc. and you only have to deal with him, not those big corporations (AT&T, Cox, etc.). He even helped me figure out that someone stole my checking account information and set up a PayPal account. He was on the phone with me and PayPal and took care of business. I can't say enough good things about Robert. It's not just about repairing a broken computer/laptop, but keeping you up and running so you don't experience down time and don't have a broken computer in the first place. He is proactive, responsive and always professional. My clients appreciate when I tell them I have IT support and their information is secure. They are reassured when I say their projects are always backed up and I will never lose anything before a deadline. If you are an independent contractor who relies on your computer, call Robert. HORRIBLE. Dropped off my laptop to get a battery replaced and any back end maintenance done…read more 1. Gave my password 2x to the store manager. 2. An email ticket item was created and a text notification saying I would be emailed or texted when my computer was ready. 3. Was called 3 days later asking for my password again. 4. Was left a voicemail and not notified via email or text that it was ready for pick up (I did not check the voicemail for 2-3 days thinking it was spam). Had been waiting for the email or text to confirm it was ready like they said, it never happened. 5. Picked it up (they had a hard time finding my charging cable. glad I labeled it with permanent marker) and I noticed the computer would not turn on. Red flags went off and I asked, "Are you sure you fixed it?" Reply by manager, "Yes, it's just been sitting for awhile and needs to charge." 6. Got home, let it charge for 1-2 hours, it failed the exact same as to why I had it looked at. 7. Went back to the store, they gave me my original faulty battery back and said they would order another battery. 8. 8 days passed, did not hear a word. Called them, they won't even refund the diagnostic test that had my computer running the exact same. DO NOT GO HERE.
