He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was set up correctly and working perfectly. It's not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, but Rich absolutely does. Highly recommend working with him if you have the chance.

I was happy to get my internet service from a local small company that wasnt Cox or ATT, but…read moreunfortunately had a very bad experience with this company. Their salesman, Christian, came to my home to offer their internet services and I told him i currently pay $50.00 for 300 mbps with cox, and if they could at least match that, then i'd switch to them. He called me a month after letting me know they had a plan for $35.00 dollars for 300mbps, so I agreed to set up an installation. Today the installer, Miguel (he did a great job), came and drilled a hole in the wall, set everything up, and when it came time to the speed test, I was only getting 150 mbps, half of what I discussed with the salesman. The installer called the supervisor, and the supervisor told him that the plan i got was indeed only for 150 mbps. So I call Christian and let him know what the installer and the supervisor are saying and trying to figure out what we can do to honor the service he offered me, and he tells me, that he thought it was for 300 mbps, but i guess not, and if i dont want it, to just tell the service technician to uninstall. I didn't ask anyone for this deal, I had it offered to me. And now the installation technician has done his job, my home has a new hole in it, and I've cancelled my old internet service. The solution they give me is to just tell the technician to take their modem and router back because I dont want the services anymore. Terrible experience, i feel like i was bait and switch'd and hopefully I would just accept what they were giving me. Do not recommend.

For the most part my Spectrum/Charter service has been reliable. The reason I am giving Spectrum a…read morelower rating is because they were charging me for 200 Mbps service when I was only receiving 100 Mbps. Their excuse for not fixing the issue on their own was they had a merger and did not take it upon themselves to alter the agreement I had previously. I did not have a previous contract that they would have needed to alter. I feel when they altered their service they should have informed customers of the available services. They knew I was paying for 200 Mbps service and left me at 100 Mbps. I contacted them in attempt for them to make right the deficiency, but they only offered to switch me to the 200 Mbps service that I had already been paying for for 4 years. They did not offer me a refund or any other form of restitution. I requested that they upgrade me to 400 Mbps service for 12 months at my current rate, but they specified they had no way of doing it. This is a classic example of a large company padding their wallet at the expense of loyal customers. Spectrum did not bury the broadband cables. They left the cables strewn across the ground, some cables were weaving through the pickets of my fence, and I even found a large heap of twisted cable overgrown by grass and weeds. I found a service hub in my back yard behind a tree next to my fence. The hub had cables running from it to other homes near me, and those cables were not buried either. Spectrum, please make this right.

When I signed up, the representative strongly promoted how "great" Spectrum Mobile is, how fast the internet/data would be compared to other providers, and how "cheap" the service would be overall. Those claims did not match reality at all. What bothers me most is not only the pricing change, but the attitude afterward -- it feels like customer concerns are NOTHING, and getting a straight answer is impossible. Because of the unexpected increase and the misleading sales pitch, I do not recommend Spectrum Mobile.

I am writing to recommend Angel Martinez at the Verizon Store located at 5500 Grossmont…read more On Tuesday, February 2, 2026, I called Verizon Technical Support for assistance in removing the biometric option on my device. The technician guided me through several steps until we reached the point where I needed to enter my password--a password I had not used since purchasing the device. After three unsuccessful attempts, I was locked out, and the ordeal began. I spent hours on the phone with Verizon that day, speaking with several customer service representatives who twice directed me to the store for help. I followed their instructions, but without success. By the end of the day, I agreed to perform a manufacturer reset, even at the risk of losing data. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue. For all of Tuesday and Wednesday, I was without a functioning phone and unable to access my work applications, which require two step authentication. By Wednesday evening, I resorted to using an old device and was ready to give up on my newer, locked phone entirely. On Saturday, I contacted Verizon again. After another unsuccessful attempt by the technician to unlock the device remotely, I was asked--yet again--to return to the store. This was my third visit in four days, and by then I felt embarrassed even walking in. Still determined to get rid of the phone, I signed in and waited. The wait was long and excruciating. Finally, I was assisted by an employee named Angel Martinez. Some people truly live up to their name--Angel certainly did. He patiently troubleshot the locked device. The process was long, but he remained calm, focused, and persistent even smiling, working step by step until he finally restored my device to normal. He brought a smile back to my face--and to my wife's as well. If you visit the Verizon Store at 5500 Grossmont, please say hello to Angel. He is exceptional.

I wish I could give zero. They are rude and the wait is long, even if you made an appointment.read more

Download the app, create your account, and everything else is pretty much there. I was given my router, and Jessica was transparent about prices. After each carrier blamed the other for the inability to unlock the card, and after having been transferred from one agent, department to the next without the agent explaining the situation to the former, I was left to continue repeating myself?! Finally, I headed out to the Hillcrest location. These two men there, one in his mid thirties; the other late 30's had these arrogant attitudes as if I were inconveniencing them?! They said "you will have to call them, Spectrum , to get them to unlock the card." We can't do anything to help you?!" Back and forth both Spectrum and Cox blamed the other. Now just how am I supposed to call them without service?! I don't know what to tell you, but you can't come in here and expect to use our phones to get your card unlocked?!?" I said absolutely nothing more. I got up from my seat and walked out the door. Look into AT&T, Verizon, or any other carrier. Save your time and money. There are SO many other companies that will compete for your business and are concerned with customer retention. This business couldn't care less about obtaining your business, let alone retaining it.
