I've been a client of Flagstaff's Miracle Ear for many years now. They offer free hearing evaluations, suggesting the best choice of aids that perfectly meets your individual hearing loss. Miracle Ear also has a wonderful program (The Miracle-Ear Foundation - Gift of Sound™) assisting the less fortunate who otherwise would not be able to obtain a high quality hearing aid. I cannot think of any other hearing aid company that gives so much back to the community.

Another update: a couple of months ago I got 3 spam emails from, guess who, right! Miracle Ear!!…read moreImagine that. They had the audacity to stick me on a spam list even tho I've already clearly stated I won't give them a penny of my money. So, in summary, if you make an appt here, you'll get a portion of the needed information and your private contact information will be used against you to harass you with emails. What a company! 4 stars down to 1. I was going to give this place 4-5 stars, however, what happened after I left has dropped it to a 2. I had my appt with Michele. She was wonderful - very friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions. We had a very good rapport. At the end, after learning that I am losing my hearing, but I don't own a bank to pay for hearing aids, she informed me about a special program ME has. She told me about it and gave me a thick packet to fill out. Later, when I opened it to fill out, I discovered that the applicants have to include a $150 fee with it - and that doesn't even guarantee that you'll be selected for the free hearing aids! Strangely, she neglected to inform me of this even tho she understood quite well I don't have much money. In essence, our entire conversation was fake. When I stopped in at the office to confirm what I was reading, Michele was out and the receptionist refused to answer my question if she was familiar with the app (so that I could confirm I wasn't misinterpreting what I'd read). The app went in the trash. Update: I got a copy of my hearing test the other day. Looking at the scale of my results, I see nothing that indicates either of my ears are in the severe category as Michele showed me on her review of my test. So now I'm really confused as to why the scale on my printout is different than what she showed me in the exam. Sigh. So much bs from corporate America.
