I was quickly processed, and within a few minutes was inside one of the inner offices to see the RHIP (Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner). She explained - in a very cordial and professional manner - what the testing would encompass. The testing was conducted in her office, and within an adjacent soundproof room. And when completed, I was shown graphical results, and explained what they meant re: my hearing. She then volunteered to forward results of my tests to the doctors seeking this information. This review is about my visit and Colleen Poole, who conducted the test and interview. Colleen was friendly, clear, extremely competent, very helpful, and very informative but not pushy in the least. At their request, I brought a friend who knows me well, and she was equally impressed. Should I decide, or perhaps I should say when I decide, to get hearing aids, Colleen and this office of HLC will be on the short list.
