He did not rush us , answered all of our questions...super helpful!!! the store was pretty busy too. I have read not so good reviews with this location ...However, our experience was a great one! I'm big on giving credit when credit is do. We can always focus on the bad and nip pick just fine....But, very little mention the good. I contacted several stores, and iFiandRepair had the most competitive prices. But it did not stop there; they were ready to fix my phone the same day within one hour! When I came to the store, they did not have the original screen; however, they changed my screen to the refurbished one until they got the shipping with the right screen I needed. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for nearly 30 years. After an experience at this location, I may…read moreno longer be one. I upgraded my phone and added another number to my plan. The customer service rep at the store said I could cancel the additional number without issue. I did end up cancelling the number and was billed an additional $700 for the phone that was an upgrade to my original number. I called AT&T customer service and was on hold for a while and eventually connected to a call center outside the US. The rep placed me on another home and was disconnected. I decided to return to this AT&T store to try and resolve the charges. The in-Store customer service rep pulled up my account after explaining my concerns. She went and brought over a "manager" who stated that his employee that added the line would never have set up the account the way she did and said " I need to backup my employee and there is nothing we will do to resolve YOUR issue". Horrible service and he did not care what I had to say. HIS employee was right and a 30 year AT&T customer was wrong. Another phone call to AT&T customer service quickly resolved the issue. I will never return to this location due to the arrogant "manager". AT&T, please remind your employees to be customer service oriented and actually TRY to help your long term customers. This experience has tested my patience, and loyalty to AT&T. I may be looking for a new provider in the future as a result of this "manager's" attitude.

Do not go to this store if you want things done right. I tried upgrading today, went without a…read morephone for 4hours so the transfer of service was done properly. They gave me my new phone and rushed me out bc they were near closing. My appointment as at 3pm, they were rushing me out at 6:30 and assured me that my phone transfer was complete. Drove home, no service. Had to drive somewhere with internet to talk to an agent through My Verizon only to be told after another hour and a half this transfer needs to be done in store. So now I have to go in tmw and take a day off to get my phone up and running like normal. I have to take money out of my own pocket to take an extra day off to finish an ordeal that this store was incompetent to complete in a 4 hr window. Pathetic. Don't waste your time here. Just do everything online if you can. I thought I'd be saving time bc I didn't have to mail in my old device blah blah blah. Did not save any steps. I wasted my only day off, have to drive back tmw morning, take time off work, lose out on money before going on a trip and pray it won't take another 4 hrs hours to lead nowhere. Depending on how tmw goes and based on how things went today, I'll most likely have to change service to a new provider. It shouldn't this complicated.

I told him what I was looking for and he got right on it! After checking inventory, he found that they had one in stock. He also said the store that sent me to them also had one in stock. Made me feel like the other didn't really try since it was a cheap phone. Haidar did ask the neccessary work to get my grandma's flip phone activated. Hunter was able to Sell me 2 phones and set them up, fix an issue on an older phone all the while greeting every customer that came through the door ! He was also the go to guy for others working that day. 10 stars for Hunter!
