They called and told me the phone was ready twice, and then proceeded to tell me they didn't have it when I went to pick it up. Had the phone 2 days and screen started lifting up, called to complain and was told "oh yeah, that batch of parts was defective" really?? then why did you use it in the first place? Second attempt at repair and my phone was returned with an erased SIM card and a weak "oops, sorry". Best part is, they have these cards next to their register asking people to go online and review them. Well...here you go!

I took it to cpr Meridian, and they fixed my phone in 2 hours charging me half what Forge Corners did. The CPR tech said, my phone was dirty, no corrosion had been cleaned, and nothing had been touched. Hence it only took a short time to fix, ie clean up the corrosion from the water damage. Talk about going the extra mile! I don't think I have ever had that happen before. So I returned to the store got comfortable waiting for the phone and I don't think it was even five minutes before the battery was in and ready to go. It sure as heck beat the long wait at an Apple Store! Wait. Did I mention Apple store? Well, I have an old phone and have no need of a new one but the Apple store charges more than twice the price and requires you to go through a lot of machinations before they will even work on it. Not only were all my songs (6000+) still on it but my software was also updated to 12.5.7!! I was afraid that I'd have to toss my iPod Touch in the trash but iMaster saved it. The "geniuses" at Apple said that my iPod Touch was considered "vintage" and they no longer support it or carry parts for it. They did try to sell me a new iPod Touch.
