Came here looking for a TU250x. I'm 5'2", 125 pounds, and I'm a 19 year old girl. I never know what to expect walking into a dealership, especially small ones. I was greeted by a Mike (I think there's two of them?) who heard me out and gave his full attention. Awesome dude. I knew exactly what I wanted in a bike, but I was hesitant to really look at some, as I could only flat foot a Honda Rebel with both feet when I visited another dealership. The TU250 was not yet assembled, and though initially I was disappointed, I continued to stare at this Model 48 Harley they had by the front door. Obviously out of my price range and presumably heavy, I think Mike and I both knew I would never buy it, but I couldn't help but check it out anyways. On my own, I would have never tried to sit on the bike, let alone lift it off its kickstand and balance it, but Mike insisted I try it and showed me the easiest way to do it. This bike is around 530 pounds and I was able to move it with ease. I can't help but thank Mike for being that initial push, because it built much more confidence in me. I now own a 1972 CB500, and it wouldn't be without talking to Mike about everything that day. Helpful beyond expectations! read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! Horrible customer service!! My son bought a plow for his quad and it broke the first time he used it in the snow. He brought it back to return it with the receipt that did not state that the item is nonrefundable. The manager continued to say he didn't care and took down his mask to tell us off. He yelled at us and said this is not Walmart! That is used equipment so take your used equipment and get out of here! We asked for a return policy and he said he didn't have one. He mocked me by making fun of my laugh as we left. This guy was so unprofessional, what a complete idiot to do that to a customer! I reported him and we put a dispute in with our credit card. I have been a customer of CT Power and Sport for several years now. The owner Mark always takes the time to explain the products and leaves the decision making up to me in a no pressure friendly way. His staff is knowledgeable and they have had what I needed in stock, even when I needed a snow blower after the peak selling season. Their prices are as good or better than the big box stores, and as I said, their service (which is run by Mike, his son) is also top notch. I had many other choices which were closer to home by miles, and it's been well worth the distance. I have purchased both a John Deere Lawn Tractor and a Ariens snow blower from them and had subsequent maintenance/service as well. Each interaction went without a hitch and exceeded my expectations. Water was leaking into the hull of my watercraft. Dropped the ski off in November of 2017, work was completed in late April of 2018. Took this ski on a family vacation, water flowed freely into hull(as fast as a garden hose would fill). The leak that I paid $1500 to have fixed, has now rendered this machine useless. As soon as I got back from vacation I went back to the shop to get this leak fixed, that was a month ago (June 1st). Maybe my family and I will get to enjoy it in July? I brought my polaris sportsman 500 here for repair. The carburetor was dripping fuel and I wanted to get a complete servicing (oil change, air filter, fuel filter, etc..). I am perfectly capable of doing this myself but I didn't have the time nor want the headache so I figured a Polaris dealer would be the next best option. After 4 months of calls trying to find out when my atv would be ready for pick up they said it was ready. I was told that all the maintenance was done, the carburetor was replaced to fix the issue and I paid the $380 invoice. When I got home I turned the fuel valve on and the carburetor started dripping fuel immediately. Upon looking at the carburetor, I was surprised to find that it was the old dirty carburetor. So I then figured I should check the oil and you guessed it... old and dirty. So for $380 I lost my machine for 4 months, got lied to, and still had the same problems. I then brought it to the Polaris dealer in Mass who fixed the issue in two days for $120. I made no attempt to try to get my money back or complain to CT Power Sports. When you're dealing with this type of outfit, whats the point? read more
