Branden ruined my life! He sold me a 2015 YAMAHA FJR1300ES. That should be a good thing, but it's the way he did it that was shady. First off, he was the only person on the sales floor that was dressed like I was. Jeans, hoodie, might have needed a shave... You know, like a regular person. There was nothing about him that looked as if he would be a home wrecker. Classic wolf in sheeps' clothing ruse. I guess it's true, looks can be deceiving! Secondly, he got me financed! How the (expletive deleted) did that happen? It wasn't even one of those 'sell your soul' interest rates. I'm not sure what kind of black magic he practices, but it's damned effective! Thirdly, not only did he take my wife's bike in on trade, he somehow got it paid off! Pretty sure we owed more than the national debt on it, but he made it work & still had positive equity left in it to use for part of the down payment. Who does that? Lastly, through no fault of his I had to make multiple trips to the DMV & my local town hall to sign over my first born and so on and so forth. But every time I walked through the door he treated me like it was the first time I'd ever been there and that he wanted my business. Weird right? Here's where he lost that final star. Since taking delivery of the bike, I've had females throwing their numbers and panties at me. Nonstop! I try to tell them I'm married but they don't care. They just keep sitting on my bike and asking me to take them for rides! Branden KNEW this was going to happen!! And that's why I can only give 4 stars. If you go there for a bike, ask for Branden. I'd heard rumor that this wasn't the place to go. A co-worker and a friend related stories of being ignored by all the customer service folks and walking out unhappy. Sure enough, even with a pocket for of cash for a new helmet, I was ignored and then only given one word answers for any questions I had. I too walked out empty handed and irritated. If you're looking for good customer service, don't come here. They do have lots of bikes on the showroom floor, but that's all I can recommend. read more

Called about a Used Yamaha Zuma 49cc scooter for my son. Price in ad was $1499. After speaking with the owner on the phone I was advised there would be a fee for documentation of $199. Also another fee of $149. Since this is a 49 cc scooter it doesn't need documentation or registration. The owner stated the fee was for the girls in the office. At that point I said I was not interested. Not sure what the other fee of $149. and told him he had just lost a cash sale. I also checked with CT DMV and they said since there was no registration documentation required that the fee for such was illegal. I will never do business with this company , ever. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. After explaining that I was shopping for street bikes, Paul knew exactly what to show me. He listened to my concerns and tailored his recommendations based on my experience and preference. Each bike was wheeled out for me and I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy a bike that wasn't right for me (unlike many other dealers). I will NEVER bring anything to this location ever again. They did the laziest work I have ever witnessed. My seat was not even secured correctly. I brought my bike there after my neighbor had hit it with his car. I was treated poorly from the beginning because it was an insurance job, they told me they weren't getting the money they wanted anyway. I pretty much became bottom of the priority list. They had my bike for two months and only actually did an hours worth of really shotty work. When I got my bike back, my fairings weren't matching, my rear fairing had tons of clips missing and was loose as can be. All of the plastics at now loose. When they changed a stator cover they didn't add enough oil and my clutch blew. The bike is worse now than when I dropped it with them. I recommend never taking anything here. read more

I wish I had something constructive to say about this place but unfortunately my experience was as bad as it gets. I dropped my bike off (a Suzuki GSXR 1000) for a chain and sprocket replacement as well as a safety check. No big deal right? Wrong! The bike sat in the shop for 4 days BEFORE even getting looked at. They then said that it would be a few more days while they ordered the chain kit plus another two hours for installation. After 3 more days I called again for a status update (they never called back when they said they would...ever), they said the guy working on it had hurt his back and wasn't coming back for the day (yet they didn't tell me). Of course he was the only one who could work on it (coming from a shop that deals Suzuki's). I mean seriously, it's summer and you only have a few mechanics available? Throughout the course of the next few days I placed no less than 10 calls to check in almost every day for a status update on the bike. The story remained the same. "We're really busy but I'll see what I can do to get you back on the road. I'll call you back in a little while with an update." Finally, after 20 days I received the bike back with all the work done. Ended up paying for almost 3 hours of labor (with the safety check). Talking to the service reps seemed great at first but their inability to keep me in the loop about what was going on is unacceptable. I will NEVER go back to this place and recommend that you avoid it if at all possible. read more
