The tracking read that it's on "A" truck for two days and NEVER made it to my address. I left messages with my contact number to dismiss their excuses and they still failed. I left signs on my lobby door and they still failed. I called customer service and the agent lied to me stating that the package would be delivered by 4pm and it never happened. I waited and wasted my entire weekend tracking and waiting for a delivery that failed miserably. At this point I DO NOT TRUST FEDEX and wish to pick up the package on my own at their closest location to my location in 06418. Apparently FedEx has no obligation to me, but maybe they will listen to you the shipper. However, the employee that I had to deal with to get a refund on a package that was delivered late was rude and dismissive. So rude that when I returned to the store to get proof that a claim was filed, he threw the paper on the counter, walked past me, and never spoke a word to me. Local management couldn't be bothered to respond when I filed a complaint. And the corporate response simply said that a claim was filed appropriately. No response to my detailed account of how I was treated.

I came here on a Tuesday to mail a package across the country. It was wrapped and all set to go. It cost about $14 to ship priority. The woman behind the desk was so helpful, that she was able to fit it into a smaller and better protective package and saved me money. I really appreciated it, since it saved me money, and I was sending fragile things as well. I definitely recommend this post office to those who wish to do their mailing needs. So many PO Boxes as well, which is a nice convienince as well. I will definitely be returning to this post office!!

They partner with Yellow Freight which brings the cost to half of what other shippers charge (who use various mail services). When Yellow Freight forgot to scan the four handmade box crates in Chicago (apparently quite unusual) and we weren't sure where they were, Scott offered to call Yellow Freight and described the crates so that could be more easily found. Everything arrived in perfect order and the boxes & inserts that Scott made were amazing. This is a family business, run by Scott and his wife, and they care about what they do. It shows.
