When they arrived, they told me it was going to be almost double what I had been quoted over the phone. When I told this to the guy who seemed to be in charge, he said it's because the phone quote is from corporate and they don't know the local rates. This was total BS and I pushed back. He then told me he'd do the job for only $30 more than the original quote. Since I needed to have the junk removed and they were there, I agreed. I paid by credit card, but didn't get a receipt for services. I don't appreciate the bait and switch business practices and would never hire them again. She and her team arrived around 10:30 Saturday morning and spent the next 11 hours sanitizing and organizing my basement (I'm not a hoarder--why would you think that?) By the time she was done, my basement was cleaner than it's ever been (they even removed the cobwebs, warming the cockles of this arachnophobe's heart), and looks way more tidy and organized than I could have done on my own.
