Jim finished remodeling a room today in my 150 yr. old house. He did a beautiful job and I am…read morethrilled with the results! The project was necessitated by a plumbing leak in the floor above this room so it wasn't anything I had given long, careful thought to. Jim made great suggestions and was able to make nice improvements without compromising the integrity of the old historic look. He ended up having to recreate quite a bit of trim, including all of the 4 layer baseboard, and it all looks great. He is a perfectionist and even his job proposal was so finely detailed that it left me with no questions. Jim admits he is not the cheapest contractor in the area, but I do believe that the extra money was very well spent. I will be contacting him again for my next project.
