I was recently in an accident that may have totaled my car. Richard came on the scene. And for that industry, based on my life experience, I was so pleasantly surprised! He was in uniform, clean cut, and polite. But it didn't stop there. He gave me my options and answered my questions very patiently. Additionally he was compassionate, as he could tell I was shaken up from the ordeal. He looked me in the eyes and said the main thing is that you are all right because the car can be replaced, and he is so right! Our health and quality of life is so precious. Things are just things and we figure out how to manage replacing what we need and perhaps doing without something else. Thank you Richard and Connolly's Towing, Inc. on 60th and Sheridan in Arvada. More companies should do business like you. (I do not know anyone affiliated with this business nor their prices but if you want good service and a clean cut and kind driver ask for Richard.) I pray for any fear those in my accident feel. I feel it too but am trying to put it in Gods hands. Was charged by the hour to go six miles. Driver said they charge from the time they get the call till the time they drop off. After receiving call driver drove by me 35mins. later. He came back 15mins. later and said he didn't know my car was the car. I got charged $262.50 to hook up and go 6 miles. read more

My car was towed here after an accident. I came to pick up my belongings and the girl at the front desk was one of the ruder people I have ever encountered. Not only was she extremely unpleasant, but then she couldn't find my car. Just spent 20 minutes waiting till they found my paperwork. If you have a choice, I would advise finding a different tow company. read more

So we got stranded in the middle of nowhere (yes, it was my fault and it was stupid) and due to the location, we needed a medium to heavy tow. Due to a large accident in commerce city, the local companies couldn't accommodate so they recommended this company. I call and the guy says he has a medium tow but gives immediate attitude demanding to know why I need a medium tow. I explain my situation and where I am (I was in Aurora). He tells me to hold on and is gone for like five minutes. He comes back and tells me they don't have any medium tows. I confront him on the fact they said they did and he tells me they simply don't want to come out. He then gets all short and shitty and the conversation ends. I get it, you don't want to drive all the way out there. You don't want my money (we were freezing so they would've been well compensated), I won't give it to you but to first lie about it and then be a dick about it? No, that I don't get. Actually I don't get not wanting to make money being a business and all but whatever. Use another company as integrity and customer service are obviously not hallmarks of this one. read more

This company was recommended by my Toyota dealership. I was under stress trying to get my vehicle towed to the dealership and the guy helping me schedule was a jerk. I didn't have the Toyota address available for him and I could tell he was frustrated by the tone of voice he was using with me. I apologized that I didnt have the address and asked if he was frustrated. He claimed he wasn't and as he tried to explain how he was trying to help me, his tone of voice was still that of a frustrated jerk. Not what people need when they are having a hard time as it is with the stress of car trouble. read more

My friend's car got towed and I went with her to try to pick it up and it turned out to be an awful experience. The old lady and the little guy that work the front are freaking psychos. The started screaming and kicking us out the building because we didn't flip over a piece of paper quick enough. They are on some crazy ego trip. The old bitty at the front really shouldn't treat anyone like this. I have never been treated so poorly. They are in bitch-rage mode. I hope no one ever uses this company. read more

My tire self-destructed on the highway, so needless to say my day wasn't going as planned. My roadside assistance sent Will from Connolly's Towing and I was really impressed with the experience. Will was professional, upbeat and we even shared a few laughs as he did everything he could to better my situation. After waiting 3+ hours for a tow truck I threw the towel in and the next day called Connolly's for service. I was told they would be at my car anywhere from the time I called to an hour, the wait time was only 20 minutes for him to show up! Loaded my car with great care taking all the safety precautions to make sure no damage was done to my car. Also I wasn't sure of the address so he was able to follow the car I was riding in! Definitely the best place to get a tow, they are affordable and they accept cash, I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I ever need a tow. read more

This towing company is absurd. I used them once before and had to have my car towed once again. Same place same mechanic. I live 1/8 of a mile from this place. The total distance to have the car towed is 1 mile. I asked if they could waive the 4 dollar credit card fee.. They could waive 4 dollars and wanted and wanted me to pay 82 dollars. Im just trying for the customer service. To waive 4 dollars they needed to ask the syupervisor. Never using this place again. read more

If I could leave less than one star I would. This place has the rudest staff. I was in an accident and my car was towed there. We went to get my stereo out of my car, and they wouldn't let us until the car was released to insurance. Once it was released we went up there again and got nothing but attitude from the moment we walked in. After a confrontation with the rude people behind the counter, they sent a tow truck drive out after us who proceeded to threaten my husband. Unbelievably bad customer service. read more

Needed a tow today and Connolly's was recommended. At 4:30 on a busy street I only had to wait about 20 minutes before the driver arrived. For a reasonable price I was professionally escorted to my garage. Would certainly use again though I hope I never need to. read more

Unfortunately I needed to get my car towed this weekend as it was stuck on a post. I called Connolly's towing and they came out right away to help. It was determined that a flat bed would be better than a wrecker to remove it. They didn't charge me for having two tow trucks and were able to lift it off the post without causing more damage to the car. The estimate that dispatch gave me was exactly what the cost was. (No surprises.) Dispatch and both drivers were courteous and professional. read more

Not only were they on time when they said they'd be there, the two gentlemen were easy going, friendly, and professional. They are reasonably priced and they treated my car with respect. My husband had a car accident and the police officer called the tow truck for him. The guy that finally showed up a long time after the accident was SO rude!!! The lack of courtesy and customer service ESPECIALLY during a stressful event like a car accident was appalling. Not only that but we witnessed him snapping and yelling at his co-worker. I have been in a couple accidents as both a passenger and a driver and I have NEVER seen a tow truck driver speak to others like Anthony did tonight. Even when I called him out on his rude way of speaking and lack of manners he justified his behavior for the need to clear from the intersection quickly. Of course the intersection is dangerous and needs to be cleared!!!! But there is a police officer behind the wrecked car with his LIGHTS ON! Not once did it require a horrible attitude or yelling at people. NEVER will I use this company again and I will tell EVERYONE I know not to as well. Disgusted with him, his yelling, his inability to be a human with common decency. read more
