They were on time, friendly, and really went above and beyond to get everything out in no time. I hope delivery goes just as smoothly! I also have a had a great experience with Trico's booking team. Kat made so many quotes for me while I added and removed furniture until I had everything I wanted at a comfortable price point. I would highly recommend Trico for a cross country move. Way better than packing a pod yourself.

After contacting multiple car transport companies I was beginning to doubt I would be able to find…read morean honest company that wasn't trying to scam me. Trico doesn't ask for an upfront deposit or require you have cash or a money order at pickup, unlike many other companies. You just pay with a credit card online and are only charged after they pick up the car. They also carry their own insurance and not that of the carrier. Other companies use the carrier's insurance and it sounds like that can be problematic if there is an issue and you need to file a claim. Communication was fantastic and they were flexible and accommodating when I had to adjust my schedule at the last minute. I called them on a Sunday, the car got picked up on Tuesday, and was delivered from Pennsylvania to Colorado on Thursday (48 hrs from PA to CO!). The inspection documentation was very thorough and the car arrived in perfect condition. The driver was very patient as I went over every inch of the car after delivery and before signing off. One more thing...they probably won't want me to say this, but I ordered and paid for an open transport, but a covered transport showed up instead, for the open transport price. So that was just another reason to really like these guys (don't expect this to necessarily happen to you - I think I just got lucky). If you need to ship a car skip all of the low-ball scam artists and just go with these guys.
