Connolly was called after my vehicle was totaled at an intersection. The tow-lady who arrived did a phenomenal job transporting my vehicle in a timely manner. In addition, she was helpful and hospitable to me as she explained my next steps regarding the placement of the vehicle at their lot. Over the phone Connolly was very professional and transparent with the options I had regarding payment and the timeline I had to make a timely decision. I am so grateful their office is open on the weekends as they're work week schedule conflicts with my work schedule. One thing I would recommend for this business is fixing their open office hours on Maps as it is not accurate to their true hours of operation and did cause quite a bit of confusion on my end. read more

Predatory towing practices. My car was towed from an accident. And kept on their lot. Normal no harm no foul. I didn't have the money right away to pay to get my car out, but I needed important things out of my car, so I go to the towing company to get my things out. And told the I would come back in a few days to get my car out. They to my driver's license. And in 2 days I get a bill for over $500 saying I owe them money for holding my car. They never even gave me a change to pay, and I start getting contacted by collectors saying that I owe them money. Worse experience of my life. This company needs to be shut down. All they are looking to do is extort your money. read more

Groove Toyota messed up my vehicle, so it became undriveable about 10 miles away. Eric with Connolly showed up in an hour, had my vehicle loaded quickly, and got me back to Toyota quickly. He was kind and understanding and helped me understand what was wrong with my truck. read more

I wish I could leave a 0 star rating. Our car was in the impound lot for a family member that was found deceased in the vehicle. After dealing with a rude office assistant to pay for the release we were then escorted to our vehicle. While on the way down, one of the employees told us and the employee that was escorting us that he "should show us all the cars that people died in". My wife informed him of why we were there and he proceeded to say we "should see all the cars that people have committed suicide in then". EXTREMELY unprofessional in any case, especially in the case of why we were there. Once my family informed me of what was said upon returning home, I called the company and demanded to talk to a supervisor or manager. I was then transferred to a voice mail and have yet to hear back. Since Arvada PD uses these low lifes I will be in contact with them to make sure they know what kind of behavior is being used. I will also be trying to contact the owner as well as never recommending this company to anyone. read more

YIKES.....our car died on us. The issue was our alternator. Thankfully I was able to guide it into a parking lot off Wadsworth safely. My husband was following in our son's truck we were taking back. Even though our mechanic was 9 blocks away, we needed a reliable tow. Connolly's Towing came to our rescue within 45 minutes and towed our car to our mechanic for a most reasonable price. RUDE AND CARELESS This place is insane. Don't expect to be greeted well that's for sure. So first off I had to bring three forms of identification in regards to my friends motorcycle as well as me bringing my insurance and my ID to be able to get his motorcycle out of the impound after an accident. That's 5 forms of ID One of which had to be a hand written letter from my friend I also had to make a trip down there just so that I could look at the shape the bike was in because they wouldn't let me know if it could roll and wouldn't send photos of its shape either stating "liability" reasons. Which if fine, a little pain but normal right..... well OK now let's fast forward to about a week after this when my friend is finally trying to figure out where his bag is... combined worth $2,000. He thought the police had it because this towing company swore up and down they didn't have it. WELL THIS TOWING COMPANY WITHOUT HAVING THE PERSON VARIFY THE CONTENTS OF THE BAG GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. That person was doing exactly what I was doing which was picking up something for a friend or relative. Seeing as I had to bring four forms of identification just to go look at the motorcycle and five forms of identification to take the motorcycle home And the motorcycle was a crumpled mess worth almost nothing. You would think that the person would possibly have to verify at least one object inside of the bag let alone maybe even be able to turn on the iPad. As well as we have spoken to the person that received the wrong bag and they asked for a purple bag and they were given a brown bag how careless can these people be. It just seems wild to me that the contents in your car or on your motorcycle are less important and do not have to be verified in any way to be collected.... read more

Worst part about this experience was the front desk lady. Unbelievably rude from the start. Clearly just the kind of person people want to see after a full day of work when they're trying to pick up their stolen, damaged vehicle. After I apologized for scrambling for the necessary documents to pick up my car and asked if it was alright that I was a little after the closing time, she said "unfortunately, I have to help you." I said, "excuse me?" and she said, "unfortunately, I have to help you." This attitude and unpleasantness continued throughout the entire process. But I could agree 100% that the young women sitting on the first desk to the left is incredibly rude (seems like a very un happy person in her job position.) I don't know, I like showing up to my job and treating clients as the humans we are and with respect. Very professional, very courteous. Unfortunately, whenever a tow truck is needed, it's not going to be a good day, and today was one of those days for my niece. As anyone knows, that lives in Colorado. If you don't like the weather, stick around a couple hours, and it will change. Well yesterday it was upper 60's, and early this morning it snowed. With that being said the roads were really icy this morning. Long story short, my niece was in an accident this morning due to the icy roads, and the car was not drivable. As I was trying to get a hold of a tow truck to come get my niece's car, the police had already dispatched "Connolly's Towing, Inc", to pick up the car, and take it to their lot. After talking to Shar, (the tow agent), she advised me that the car could be towed to my house, for a reasonable flat fee. She was not only very professional, but during this whole process she handled everything with a smile, which was very comforting. I am sure this isn't an easy job to do, especially in bad weather, when the temperature is below freezing. So Shar deserves a big pat on the back, for going above and beyond in her customer services skills, in a tough situation like this. read more

WORST TOWING CO EVER. I was in-between jobs when my brakes went out and recked my van. Because I could not afford car insurance at that time and living in my van the Arvada police impounded my van. When I attempted to call this company to make arrangements I was not received well. When the lady on the phone found out I didi not have insurance/ living in van temporality she became very nasty with my demanding I pay her over 2000.00 in cash immediately or she would have my car crushed. She threatened that if I did not pay her before getting off the phone she would crush the car. She would not make arrangements or work with me in any capacity. I explained my circumstance to her and was greeted with a cold nasty threatening person. I have never her from her again. I found out that Connelly's is contracted with the Arvada police department. It appears this has given them power to charge and do what she wants. I also found out the nasty lady I had talked to IS THE OWNER. The drivers do GOOD JOB. The owner has not given me the exact AMOUNT FOR THE IMPOUND.THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. read more

We were involved in an accident on the interstate. The tow driver would not tow to our repair shop even though payment was offered in the form of a credit card and it was within 6 miles. Driver insisted the car "had" to be towed to his impound lot. This was presumably to lock us in to high storage fees. We were given NO alternative. The driver preyed upon myself and my wife (who was transported by ambulance) because he knew we were in no position to dispute him. read more

0 STARS!! These guys are scammers BEWARE!! Served me court papers FOUR YEARS after my hit and run accident! Stating I owed $1600!! They had my completely wrecked car for 7 days when I brought them the title. Filled out paperwork with all my contact information on it. Never heard from them again after this until I was served. Apparently no one told me to sign the title when I brought it in. I've never had a car totaled or towed before, I had no idea what the process was. Office gal was very rude to begin with and doesn't explain anything to you! They kept my car for 42 days @$25/day!! Tried charging me interest and court fees, the whole works! This hit my credit report and ruined my opportunity to purchase a home! On top of it all I tried to settle the amount due and no one from Connolly's or Alpine Credit Inc would work with me or budge on amount due! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! read more

After crashing my motorcycle and braking my collarbone, they told me insurance would cover the tow fee. When I called them the next day they said that everything was going to be out of pocket, and because it's a Saturday I had to either pick it up today or pay nearly double the cost on Monday. As an insult to injury, the tow driver lost the only working key for the motorcycle. So now I am left with no way to start the bike. Very poor service and I would highly recommend not only never using this tow service, but also telling everybody to stay as far away as possible. read more

It did, I called, and I was introduced with this 5 star company. 1. Attempted Jumpstart -- No Avail 2. About to tow, the guy went out of his way to help troubleshoot. He checked and tightened a few possible culprits and Voila 3. My truck was stolen when I was in Denver for work training, the police found it ten days later, and Connolly's impounded it. So I flew up to Denver to get my truck out of impound, not knowing anything about the condition it would be in. All I knew was the ignition lock cylinder had been popped out. When I got there, and was taken to my truck, I hooked my jump starter up , and broke the new ignition switch the thieves had installed, in order to try and start my truck. But even with my jump starter hooked up, I wasn't getting any power in my truck. Having only about 15 minutes to check my truck out, I was kind of out of options. So I started talking to the front desk lady about how much it would cost to have it shipped to Durango (Over 300 miles away). But luckily for me, the manager or owner wanted to keep me from spending a lot money I didn't need to, transporting it. He took me back out to my truck, hooked up his much better jump starter to my truck , and started it right up, and I was able to drive my truck all the way back to Durango. They really helped me out, and saved me a lot of money, that I was prepared to give to them. read more

So thankful for the amazing team here! We called around 4:30p after learning that our previously stolen motorcycle was impounded there. We live about an hour away and were told they closed at 5:30p, we asked if it was okay to try to make it in and they said absolutely. Once we arrived, they said they were hoping we would make it in and that they were going to wait an extra 5 for us anyways. That meant the world to us. I was recently in an accident that may have totaled my car. Richard came on the scene. And for that industry, based on my life experience, I was so pleasantly surprised! He was in uniform, clean cut, and polite. But it didn't stop there. He gave me my options and answered my questions very patiently. Additionally he was compassionate, as he could tell I was shaken up from the ordeal. He looked me in the eyes and said the main thing is that you are all right because the car can be replaced, and he is so right! Our health and quality of life is so precious.
