I locked myself out of my car and had no idea what to do, and I knew I couldn't afford a tow truck and I didn't want to handle a headache that every average Tow truck driver gives me. But I still ended up contacting CC Towing and I luckily got paired up with Travis and he was an AMAZING HELP! I didn't even have to lift a finger! And he made me feel comfortable and didn't mock me about locking myself out like every other tow truck driver. He was extremely nice to me and guided me through the process and it was affordable for me as well. If I ever need help with getting back in my car or picking my car up I will totally call CC Towing and ask for Travis again! Dont be afraid to call they will help you out immediately! read more

Commerce City Towing is undeniably the best towing service around town. As a single working mother of two, car troubles have (and will remain) a worry of mine. And then there it was, my biggest fear had come true; on my way to pick up my son from school my car broke down just outside the Sand Creek Landfill. In a whirl, I called the closest towing service and what happened next was truly remarkable: Ryan from Commerce City Towing showed up within minutes and greeted me and my anxiety and stress with nothing more than warm smiles and a powerful tow truck. Within 15 minutes, my car was back to the shop, and I was on my way to pick up my son from school! As a single mother, I could not ask for more! I could not recommend enough. read more

Commerce City Towing saved the day! My car broke down on my way to work and I was afraid I was going to be late. I had a looonnnggg day at work and was ready to get home but with my luck, my car chose to act up and getting home wasn't going to happen. I was annoyed.. I made a call and soon enough Dave came by and made a crappy situation better. Thank you so much for the efficiency and the good attitude. This is definitely the company to call when you are in need of a tow. They were time efficient, friendly, and had a great price! They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Worked with Travis and he was a great driver. Made a tough situation much more bearable. I highly recommend this company when you need a tow. Wow, I was truly impressed with how fast and efficient Commerce City Towing really is. When I had car trouble and ended up on the side of the road they were the first towing company that came up near me on google, After giving them a call they told me Travis, would be arriving within 20 minutes which is unbelievable compared to any other tow I've gotten that takes up to two hours. Travis arrived promptly with a smile on his face and we were on our way to the shop. overall great experience highly recommended. read more

Commerce City Towing was super quick and efficient. My car broke down with what I thought was an engine issue, however it turned out to just be a battery problem. They gave me a great price, and Travis (my driver) was there in just a few minutes. When I showed him what happened he was super friendly and explained to me that I may not even require a tow, maybe just a jump. Super fair and honest company. Worth a call. read more

They were hired by my apartment complex to assist with a replacing job. First, they showed up on…read morethe wrong day, and started towing vehicles before property management notified residents. Second, they ended up towing my car first (Chapa rep's words, not mine), and in doing so wenched my vehicle into a nearby tree, causing significant damage while loading it into the back of the truck. Despite overwhelming evidence (e.g. damage to the tree with paint marks matching that of my car on a thick branch about 8-9 feet up) They immediately denied any wrong doing, and only shared photos of the aftermath claiming "it was like that when I got here" and no proof of the condition of the car before it was loaded, even though the same rep went back on his words and claimed that they "always" take pictures before they load it onto the bed. He was rude and I could tell he was lying with how fluid is story was, and contained contradictory logic. Basically call anyone else for tow service, because this company provides terrible service, is dishonest, and clearly none of their employees value integrity.

I paid Duncan $2000 on 3/14 of this year, for a motor replacement. We had an agreement that I…read moresigned shortly before that time and the total cost of the repair was somewhere in the range of $2350. He had me order all of the parts for the installation / rebuild (another few hundred $), and he seemed excited to take on the project, brought his engine hoist over which is still there. I had him do a few other projects in the meantime that I paid him for while waiting for the new motor to arrive. On 6/23, he told my roommate he was going to come over to start the work while I was out of town, but never showed up and since ghosted me despite numerous calls and text messages. He also took off the axle for replacement as well, and had me buy another one. I had plans to finish payment on both when those repairs were completed, but now I have a motor sitting in my driveway likely collecting rust, two axles in my garage, his hoist, and an inoperable vehicle sitting on jack stands. I was really happy with the work he had done up to that point, but I am not sure what happened. If he is unavailable or something else, I hope he is alright - but also not communicating or replying leaves me feeling as if I was robbed. Had this all been completed, I would gladly give him a 5 star review, and continue to use him. At this time I am at a loss. I'm more than happy to take this review down & change it if he can respond to me, and do the work we agreed on / that I paid for. If you're reading this, he still has not followed through. What is sad to me is that I got along with Duncan really well, and I was excited for the plans he and I had for my car. I don't know what happened.

My car broke down on a rainy day. David showed up promptly and was very friendly and efficient. I have been towed on many occasions and have not always been this taken care of. The phone was answered quickly, my information was taken care of and David appeared as if instantly. He hitched my car with no damage and got it to the shop for me and even offered me a lift home. Car tows are always a pain, but the customer service at CCT really helped alleviate a lot of the stress of the situation. The wait time was short to see a representative, and they were very understanding considering the circumstances of the towing.
