Shingles missing, wood roofing underlayment showing and a large branch that pierced the detached garage roof. The original estimate was about $1,500 - which my bonded roofer laughed at, saying they wrote a fairy tale. His team spent over three hours documenting the damage so we could ask for a second auditor to meet the roofer. Allstate denied the request and said they were staying with the original claim, even though my agent admitted they didn't realize there were two structures. In fact my agent never was informed I made a claim - and blamed it on their outdated system. Run from Allstate as you are definitely not in good hands. These guys are terrible. I am currently investigating legal action against them. THEY SUCK. I attached a few of the photos they said were due to normal wear...

She was also really helpful on explaining to us the difference in prices for both states and she provided me with even more coverage for a lot le$$ of what I had. I always appreciate good service in an educational level. The greatest thing is that we did everything online, e-signatures for all documents, so it took very little of our time. We also get automated emails with policy information, renewal and any other important documents, if there is anything I need and don't see online I email or call Aniya and she takes care of it right away.

This is a copy of the email I sent to my new agent regarding your customer service…read more Ginger Curtis I have had my agent for 11 years and he did not handle my son's claim as expected. My son lives in an apartment and another resident in a Jaguar hit his car and the boy was so upset that my son did not call the police and now he has learned his lesson and will always call the police. The agent told my my son's father that the boy had changed his story now and stated ...so you think I should take your son's word.. My son changed his vehicle over to his wife's uncle who is with Allstate effective today. I have home insurance and will probably change that at a later date. I have been with State Farm over 40 years and felt the agent had made enough money off this family with 3 vehicles and house insurance. If that is his customer service I no longer need him.
