I'm new to AK and had extenuating circumstances with employment and disability. I have impeccable credit and a great job here. But proving income while on disability is impossible. By the FHA rule book I should not have gotten a loan. But Russ went to bat for me and pled my case to the underwriter. Russ even offered to help me move!
