They are never scared and happy to see him. The staff is always friendly. They alway provide iPads and tv shows for great distraction. The office is spotlessly clean all the time. You should bring your children here ! This is a wonderful dentist ! I can't say enough positive things about this wonderful family run business. Do not be scared by bad reviews. People use this method of bad reviews all the time for selfish reasons. It's the new weapon of choice when someone is unhappy for selfish reasons. I can't say enough about this office. Go and see for yourself. We love them !

It took me a while to be able to write this review. Mainly because till this day I'm shocked it…read moreeven happened. Back when my family and I moved to the south shore we began searching for the best dentist for our children. We stumbled upon this place and thought it looked great so me made an appointment. On the day of the visit everything was fine , I checked my daughter in while my husband waited in the waiting room. My daughter has always had issues with her teeth , cavities, weak gums ext . As the dentist was examining my daughters teeth he began shaking his head and sucking his teeth. That's when the criticizing began . He began to judge me as a parent and as a mother. "You need to be stronger with her" " A mother is always on top of her children" "Be a better parent this is not the way to do it" " if you eat less sweets you will even look better" all this to me and my then 8 year old. I was so heart broken and devastated that I trusted this doctor to help me with my daughters issue and instead he chose to judge me and criticize my parenting skills. I never took my babies back. I did find a great dentist in Norwood where we later found out my daughter had Enamel hypoplasia. It makes children's enamel very soft and prone to damage! I hope people see this and think twice before paying this place a visit!

I had to get my wisdom teeth removed last year and had a tramic experience and I truly never wanted to go back to a dentist office at all. And did they ever!!! From me making my appt through Jamie, she was kind, amazing, honest and thoughtful. She knew that i was scared and nervous and knew that i was worried about cost. She was on top of everything and tended to my needs !! Erica did my cleaning and truly took great care of me. Explained everything to me in detail. She made sure i was comfotable the whole time and made me feel that in charge of this appt. Because of empathy and her humilty it makes me want to keep going back to this office. So truly i say thank you to Erica, Jamie, and Doctor Stone for being amazing, professional, and humble people!!!! Thank you for helping me make me my first step back in the right direction!!!

I've been extremely frustrated with this practice - in fact, it's the only medical/dental practice…read morewhere I've felt this way, ever. The dental care has been solid by Dr. Bliss. My issue is with the billing practices. The practice makes patients pay up front before ever sitting in the chair. As in, I was paying the bill at check in. This means I'm paying for services that have not been rendered yet and I've had situations where my insurance has provided coverage so I paid for services out of pocket that I shouldn't have had to. They did send a refund but deducted money for other items they said were on my account. It felt sketchy. I find I have to watch the billing like a hawk and honestly I'm so utterly frustrated and flabbergasted by the business aspect of the practices I left. There are plenty of dentists who do good work and run a different business model that takes care of patients. I always left feeling that practice took care of their bank account before patients. When I questioned the billing practices I was told that's how most dentists do things now and that's blatantly not true.

Total nightmare. I set up an appointment for a cracked tooth. I specifically asked about…read moreeligibility with my dental plan, and they said that I would be covered. I went for my first visit, got x-rays, and was told that I would only need a crown, not a root canal. I went in for the crown. After receiving several injections of novocaine, I still had pain. The dentist was annoyed, and acted doubtful that I was actually in pain. He started to grind my tooth. I still had pain. He took another x-ray. Whoops! Turns out, a grey shadow was rotten tooth, and in grinding on it, he had exposed a nerve. I was now in searing pain. The novocaine hadn't worked because my nerve was being poked. I was immediately referred to an endodontist down the street. He had to do a partial root canal, destroying the exposed nerve. The root canal was finished a few weeks later. The day after the completed root canal, I went back to the office to get my crown. I show up, waiting to be seen. A front desk person comes up to me and tells me that, whoops! They are NOT actually in network, and my crown won't be covered, and would I like to pay $1,500 out of pocket instead? No thanks, I replied. I received a refund for my $600 co-pay a couple of weeks later. Fast forward several months later, and come to find out, the root canal was not covered either. When I was referred to the endodontist, by this office, my coverage was apparently not a concern. I wouldn't have needed to go to this endodontist immediately, had the dentist not exposed my nerve. Prior to this, I had no pain, and could have waited to get a root canal from an in network provider. See what I mean? Nightmare.
