I wasted insurance money from other dentists because they couldn't fix my issue. After doing alot of research, I finally decided to call Allen Dental Braintree. Thanks to the front desk (Gina) who was very patient with me, explained and assured me that the dentists there can and will fix my issue. The dental hygienist Nicole also had a very friendly attitude and because of this, I felt less nervous. Other things I've noticed: I did feel my appt with the dentist was rushed. The place is roomy but there was some unpleasant smell in the waiting area. I got a sore throat a couple days later after the appt and I do think it was from this dentist office. I did not have any work done at this place so I cannot say about their work. But their referral specialist did fix my issue that had been bothering me for years. Wish I had found this place years ago.

I was they for a couple hours total and had a deep cleaning and he removed 3 teeth. the total amount billed is $7437 , I have no other insurance. They billed me approx $2500. This place shady to say the least. I would steer clear of this mill. Google AI states the amount billed it excessive and suspicious!!!

Dr Kim laid out a sensible and affordable plan for me to have healthy gums and reclaim my natural smile. He is genuinely kind and compassionate and cares about the relationship between your good oral health and your overall health. First, the office is immaculately clean and ultra-modern. The front desk folks especially Michael are very friendly and set a relaxing tone for what is usually a stressful visit. Of course nobody likes to sit in the dentist chair, it can be nerve wracking and filled with painful thoughts, but I felt none of the usual trepidation here. I had long overdue major work done and while I can't say I enjoyed it I knew it was necessary. The work was executed in as pain-free a manner as possible. Beginning with the digital X-rays which are immeasurably safer than traditional X-rays to wonderful dental hygienist Danielle who walked me step by step through the full mouth deep clean to the skillful hands of Dr Kim who performed an extraction, and a same day implant, I knew I was in good hands and had found my "for life" dental practice. if you have been holding off for one reason or another, I would urge you to visit Canton Modern Dentistry and see why I am so excited. When I first called, I was offered a virtual consultation the following day, which I completed thinking I would be able to schedule an in-office visit shortly after. However, I was told the next available appointment was about a month away. Although that was frustrating, I still scheduled it. Later, my sister received a follow-up text from the office about confirming an appointment. She also had reached out to inquire about Invisalign. But By that time they finally replied to her, she had already decided to move forward with another dental office, so she asked if I could take that available slot instead. The office replied saying that would be fine. However, when I was about five minutes away from the office, the receptionist, Hannah, called and said there had been some confusion and that I should keep my original appointment. That was extremely frustrating because I had already rearranged my schedule and was on my way. It didn't make sense that I was told I could come in if I ultimately couldn't be seen to conduct the appointment in its entirety. When I eventually had my appointment, the doctor and the back-of-house staff were very kind and professional. The visit itself was going well, and I told the doctor I wanted to move forward with Invisalign. I was then told it would take about four weeks for the trays to come in. I've had Invisalign before and know it often takes closer to two weeks, but I was still willing to proceed. The biggest issue came when discussing payment. I was given four payment options, and I asked if I could use my dental insurance and pay the remaining balance with my CareCredit card. I was told that wasn't possible. They mentioned they asked the doctor and apologized, but the answer remained no. I've never experienced a dental office being so restrictive about how a patient chooses to pay. It also makes the promotion offered very misleading considering that's not what's advertised. Overall, while the doctor and clinical staff were pleasant, the confusing scheduling, poor communication, and inflexible payment policies made the entire experience frustrating and ultimately felt like a waste of time. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this office.

John Chen he is one fabulous dentist ... needed a broken tooth removed that had broken off . Dr.Chen removed the tooth with no pain I felt no pain whatsoever. The staff is super super nice I mean it's like I feel a part of a family. I also had a tooth filling once again he numbed me well enough and I felt no pain again. I would recommend this dentist for any age children to adults make an appointment with in then you'll see plenty of parking free.
