I was told on Tuesday that a technician would come out and look to see if the bed was fixable. No contact was made. Called the salesman again on Wednesday and was told that a technician would contact me by 1 PM. No contact was made. Called customer service to find out that the repair order was never placed and a technician wouldn't be able to come out and look at the bed for 10 days. NO! I don't recommend a company that would LIE and not honor a service that they charged you for.

March 2023, I brought my Mom to the Siegen Lane store to buy a new bed. She is 90 years old and…read morenot quite 5 foot tall. We were looking to get something that would fit her size and ability to safely get in bed. Taylor helped us pick out the set. She told us if we were not satisfied with the bed we could return it. Because the bed needed to be low for my Mom to get in the bed, Taylor suggested a mattress base that could be lowered as low as she needed. She told Mom if she didn't like the bed or had any issues, it had a warranty and could return it. She also sold us a mattress cover with cooling properties and protect the mattress. Mom was very excited to get her new bed. On the day of delivery, the crew removed the old bed and came in with the new setup. When they went to open the new base, Jesse, one of the delivery guys, saw the frame was bent. This was late in the afternoon and he said they would come back at a later date with an undamaged frame. I told him they would have to temporarily make it work so my Mom was not sleeping on the floor. He had me take a picture of the bent frame and said he would tell the warehouse about the issue. Informing me that they would either replace it or give her a credit. They also said the bed could not be as low as she needed it. After contacting Taylor about the issues, it took a few days for a response. It took about a week before they came back out to lower the bed. Jesse, who had been there the first time, asked me to show him the bed. I said I was glad he had come back and he told me he had never been to this house. Taylor was told these were two different guys that came out the second time. He said he had never been to the house which was not true. I have cameras with him walking up the driveway so I know it was Jesse both times. We tried for several months to make the mattress cover work, the fitted sheet kept coming off the bed because the mattress cover is slick and the sheet will not hold. Yesterday, I went to the Siegen store to return the mattress cover. I talked to another sales person and told him I wanted to return the cover and explained Mom's dissatisfaction. After trying to give me a sales pitch and skirting around the problem, he looked up the account to see what we had purchased. He then said he needed to talk to the manager/supervisor to see how to do the return. He asked to go in the back to call so I am not even sure he called or what he told them. He came back out and said because I did not have the package it came in, I could not return it. We were never told we had to keep the packaging. At this point, the delivery people unpacked everything so maybe they took it. Because of promises not kept or untruthful and after talking to Taylor again, she told me returns are not allowed. I am writing this review because they never contacted me after emailing. It is still too high for her and at some point she will not be able to get in the bed by herself. The frame is still bent, the delivery guys did not tell the truth and what Taylor promised, low bed, and return policy was not accurate. NEVER buy from this company, their service and warranty are not as promised and if you have problems with their product.........good luck because they could care less. Only want the sale!!!!

We are supposed to be sleeping on firm beds... best for the back =) The Mattress Firm staff member, Jeffrey, greeted us immediately and helped us pretty much right away. He was super helpful and gave us the lay of the land. Of course we loved the Tempur-pedic beds, however that price tag was a bit steep for something we were unsure of that we'd like for the long term. The bed we tried was a firm, which was comfy, but wasn't sure how it would be after we purchased it an slept on it for years. My husband wasn't too keen on the hybrid bed after a while, but initially loved it. Anyway, we selected the Beautyrest firm bed. I felt better about that price tag and knew I wouldn't feel bad if my husband ended up disliking it after a couple years. I could sleep on any type of mattress, honestly. I'm the least pickiest these days. Anyway... we had a great experience there and Mr. Jeffrey went above and beyond to help us. He did a great job with the multiple customers he had to deal with, while we were there.

He was so helpful and knowledgeable about his products. And I did not feel pressured to buy anything. I ended up getting a set of Purecare sheets that fit my bed perfectly. I did not want to write the review until I slept on my sheets a while, washed them, and then put them back on my bed. Now I can say that they are the BEST sheets that I have ever owned in my life. They look and feel great still after washing two times and the corner has NEVER popped off. not once! And I have a bed that has a base to go up and down. I always struggled with my husband's corner popping off in the middle of the night and now it doesn't. Plus they have a cooling feel when I get into the bed.
