Conn's HomePlus is a furniture store located in this shopping mall located on East Colonial Drive on the outskirts of the Milk District of Orlando. It is not overly large, however it has an OK selection of merchandise. They did have some decent deals on leather sofas. The staff was friendly and I appreciate that they allowed me to walk about and look what they have with hovering over me. I would have liked to have seen that they had more things like bedsheets and perhaps other things to accompany their beds, sofas, etc., but they pretty much did not. They just had the furniture. All in all, I will give them three stars. This is average. I wish that they had more in the stores, but it is what it is. I woukd not go out of my way to come here, but if you are in this shopping center, they are worth checking out. read more

Recently opened location in the Colonialtown Plaza. They have a large store and large selection. Staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and briefly explained the location and the history of the brand. It was fun to find out more about them. We walked around the store and looked at the offerings. They have everything for the home, including electronics, couches, laptops, TVs, etc. It was very clean and well organized. It's an open floor plan so it was easy to see all the way across the store. Overall: A Great new 'home' location in the area. They have some great offers and are worth a walk through. read more

Brand new store that opened a few months ago in the Colonialtown Plaza. Was greeted by a nice gentleman when we arrived, but we were looking for something specific and could tell we weren't going to find it there so we didn't waste his time. He wasn't pushy all. They've got a bit of everything there. We perused a bit through appliances. Decent selection, but everything was very expensive. They had an LG CordZero vacuum (A9 - Matte Grey) for $599 (supposedly $100 off too!) which is way more than we paid for ours at Costco and a quick search at Lowe's and Best Buy shows it for $449. No joke. I most definitely wouldn't be buying any appliances there with those markups. read more

I ordered a tv. Everything was good $1400 for a 800 tv for 2 years. I go back to order a second tv they want 3500 for same tv and 18 months. $189 a month. They can go fuck themselves. I'm paying $59. If I could give a zero I would. read more

I arrived at the store, knowing exactly the item numbers that I wished to purchase. The transaction should have taken no more than 15 minutes, but took well over 90. After completing the purchase and agreeing upon a delivery date early the following week, I was then informed the installation of my appliances wouldn't occur until at least 10 days after the delivery date. read more

Conn's is by far the worst company I have ever done business with. I don't even know where to start. I purchased an eBike and an escooter last month. Both said that they were delivered. I did receive the bike. However, I realized that they price matched, and the price was half as much on Best Buy. I sent them screenshots and links for both items which were absolutely the same items on their website and they claimed the UPC numbers didn't match. They confirmed that the scooter hadn't been sent out yet. So I told them I wanted to return the bike and cancel the scooter. They were going to send me a FedEx label to return the bike. I proceeded to order a few more things from them in the meantime. Half of my items were delivered and the rest I never received. I've called them multiple times and spoken with multiple people who have no idea what's going on. I have not gotten the return label for the bike and I've called them several times over the last few weeks and they said they were sending it to me. I contacted them again today and was told that they don't price match on items sent through FedEx. (after I sent them multiple screenshots of other places that had the bike cheaper and was denied the price match for multiple reasons, a different excuse for every time I called and every person I spoke with) . And... it was only a seven day return window and they cannot take the bike back now. I should add that this was $1900 and they had it on Best Buy for $800! my current bill also states that I have all the items even though I never got the scooter or the other items. I was also supposed to get free shipping on the bike and scooter and they told me they could only credit half of the shipping cost and still haven't done it. I asked to speak with a manager multiple times. Was only transferred once and they assured me that everything was taken care of. Today they said a manager would call me back and it's been hours. So, ultimately, I'm stuck with a bike that I paid twice what it was worth, because they refused to price match and they also didn't send me the return label that I requested several times. I have also been billed for several items I did not receive. Be very careful about buying anything from Conn's! They lure you in with subpar credit options and then screw you over completely. read more

Begging everyone not to buy from this junk yard company .. I bought a band new refrigerator from them and it came broken ,, the fan never worked and the sensors were broken. they refused to give me a refund and return the faulty product. HORRIBLE!!!!! Don't ever shop here!!!!!! They promised a delivery for next day, showed up 2 hours late from the delivery with missing parts. The parts were crucial to securing the washer and dryer which meant the washer and dryer could fall over on children and dogs in the house hold. They were very as a matter a fact and did not show one sign of concern. We spoke to Sharie and Vanessa with the delivery team which insinuated that the delivery was not done because we didn't want it which was not the case. They were very rude and unprofessional, which they don't understand if they don't have customers they don't have jobs! We went into the store and got treated like complete garbage was ignored and mistreated and told we could not get our money back! This place is a scam and everyone working for it as well! I went into the store and the greet was good and the agent was helpful and then I purchased all the appliances and they delivered and then everything went wrong. Microwave and Dishwasher was left for me to do myself took the Microwave out and it didn't work call the Agent who assisted me at the time of sales she stop answering her phone call the Manager only to be tossed around from Person to Person and only to be told that I should have check the product before they left Mind you I was in the middle of a remodel and I didn't check until it was time to install and now I left with a broken Microwave that I can't return and still have paid for or have my credit affected ...So hopefully the Manufacturer can help and hope no one else has to experience this. read more

Me and my wife went in person to the e colonial store in search of a mattress we got there and we were undecided about which mattress to get. The salesperson told us about the sleep guarantee as long that we keep the try mattress for 30 days if we are not happy or satisfied we could exchange it or return it. So we went back after 45 days to the store and explain to the salesperson he told us no problem we went back to the floor and pick a different mattress, wish we did the salesperson went to the computer to do the exchange after the held us for 1 hr. the manager came that there is nothing they could do because the 1 mattress that we pick was not cover under the sleep guarantee, I explain not only the person who original sold us the or the person who helps us today said that is not my fault that their staff is not properly trained I was told 1 thing and now is something else. Being new to the area we were unfamiliar with Conn's so out of curiosity we stopped in. They had black Friday specials & we were in the market for TV'S. Not being techies by any stretch we asked a LOT of questions that required a patient, experienced associate which ours was. It was getting late, our heads were spinning from info overload so we left & returned the following day. However, things went SOUTH real fast once we saw the total & found out the $250 installation charge was $250.00 PER TV!!! Since our walls are pre-wired for hook-up & everything needed to hang them with was purchased at Conn's, we felt the extra $500 charge was a deal breaker so we left & went to Best Buy. Unfortunately, they didn't have the TV we wanted however, when the salesman pulled up our name he saw that we had purchased a Geek Squad contract several yrs ago and informed us that we were entitled to '3 or 4' free TV HOOKUPS if we made a purchase. We bought a $200 TV for the guest room and went back to Conn's to purchase the other TV's. We were given a delivery date (SHOULD'VE been delivered LAST Tue) and that's when things went NORTH ... they were NO SHOWS! We called Conn's & were told OUR TV was 'DAMAGED' so they'll have to wait for another one. My husband bought their story but I didn't ... I felt something was amiss so I looked for reviews & found similar stories. Had I known Conn's couldn't provide immediate delivery we wouldn't have wasted our time & the salesman KNEW that since I made it CLEAR from the get-go. This is a joke. They will waste a lot of your time. The furniture is too expensive for the quality! howev, we found beds we liked there and was going to purchase. Joseph, told me the dressers would take a month to deliver so we should do them on a separate invoice. He said come back in a couple days. I used half the credit I applied for on the beds, but wanted the dresser to match. When I returned he started saying he had to try with his manager and rerun my credit again since it really didn't work that way. Turned out he just wanted a sale for June!
