This was hands down the weirdest and most uncomfortable shopping experience I've ever had at any furniture store. It felt more like a used car dealership than a place to buy a couch. I found a couch I wanted to buy, asked if it was in stock and it was. I said I would like to buy it and asked what delivery was like. ($200 for delivery? That's CRAZY. As my home is 9.5 miles from this store, in the Valley.) but whatever. I was then asked if I wanted to use my Conns credit account to pay. I said no as I don't have one and would instead like to just pay for the couch. The woman said I should open a conns account. I said no. She then said no problem and we started talking about delivery. she is asking me for my name, address and phone number (which makes sense) then asks for my social. To which I say no, and why would you need it, I'm not opening an account. She replies "Oh yeah my mistake I was on the wrong screen" She then needs to speak to her manager. Why? The manager comes back and asks why I dont want to open an account, I explained I didn't want one and would just like to buy the couch outright. He says no problem, he has to get the stock number and what not and will be right back, and they both walk away. A few minutes later they come back explaining to me that if I do choose to open an account they can offer me discounted delivery (which was $200 to begin with but the discounted delivery would be $100). I say no. They then attempt to offer me a $500 warranty (on a $2500 couch) to which i say no. They then both have to leave again. A few minutes later they return again and explain that opening an account with them has some cool benefits even if I don't want it right now, I may want it later and again say the only thing we need to open the account is your social, we already have everything else. To which I say no I don't want it at all and only want to pay for the couch and leave, they then say they have to call the office and will be right back. At this point I am very frustrated and decide I don't want to buy anything and the entire situation is fishy. I left and bought a couch at AFW instead. 10/10 would never recommend, I felt like I was dealing with a greasy used car salesman instead of a furniture store. I won't be back. read more

Got a credit approval in mail , checked it out at Thomas Rd store , got approved , tok 2.5 hrs , the payments were bi weekly , not happening on once a month income , also charging,$3000+ on a $1000 charge , so I pay for a microwave built in , on a card , had to go to wearhouse to get it , another 7 miles , and took 102 min. To get my purchase , after they got my paperwork , 4 calls to store of purchase , the store did all they could to get my purchase to the side door of wearhouse, this 9s bad business for all , home Depot does not do customer like this ,​ sorry I won't be back , then 4 days later this same store sent a message I was approved by two companies only offered one , and that one I waited 2.5 hrs on , keep your credits offers and your wearhouse attitude personal out of your public hands I would not ever recommend CON'S TO NOBODY read more

I entered the url: exactly as requested and it takes me to the ZEN main page where I can start my free trial membership. I mean honestly, why would I want another third party vendor involved? After all, it was Conn's third party Vendor that walked out on the job in the first place. Conns has my account information and contact information. It turns out they had already took my money. They told me they were going to return the money. Days passed still didn't get my money. It has been over 60 days since I "purchased" a couch, love seat, and refrigerator. I have yet to receive one phone call from my sales rep Miguel to update me on when my couch will be in stock. I've been sitting here looking at this one love seat in my living room and it makes me so upset. promise of delivery was 10/6/21 and I have been the one calling the store for updates.. which not one person has given me the same answer. I finally got a hold of Miguel and he explains that they are just going to cancel the order for the ONE couch and if I want to, I can come back in November to reorder the item. This was the second time in this store. We spent $2200 on a new Samsung refrigerator 6 months ago. They had horrible customer service then but decided to give them another try. MISTAKE! After being repeat customers, spending another $700 on a dishwasher wasn't enough to get free delivery due to their "Store policy". 1/5 stars. The salesman on the floor had absolutely no idea what he was doing and I'm completely unhappy with my purchase that he suggested. My fiancé and I went in to purchase 2 Samsung TVs and ended up leaving with 2 LG TVs that aren't even close to the same picture quality. The experience as a whole was terrible while I was there, and now I'm stuck with this TV that I didn't even want in the first place. When I attempted to contact you, the agent who answered the phone let me know that I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee for the item to be returned even though it hasn't been 24 hours. 15% restocking fee when the TV I want to purchase is more expensive ha, okay. I would not recommend this company to a friend or foe. at first everything seemed OK, I went to look at refrigerators, once i found out they had a free TV promotion with mattress I decided I would go get the wife to check them out. Refer purchase, NOT; Conns did not have the specific model we wanted an LG with dual Ice Maker. they had a GE, I decided to get that with Conn's warranty if I was approved for credit. I was approved BUT Conn's wanted $450 for an extended Warranty... when I told the salesman I was going to look elsewhere he go the manager who said they could order the refer but would take 6 months. GE one has a 1 year warranty.. Ended up at Home Depot, the LG we wanted Extended Warranty for $150 and FREE Delivery. I run home and get the wife When we walk into the store, I tell the sales guy that we were working with another guy from the appliances. He said that he was the guy cause were now buying a mattress Mattress purchase - We looked / laid on a few, the sales person stuck around a little too much for my taste.. I HATE THAT, after we decided on our mattress, my wife saw a Table set she liked, so we picked that out as well. So far so OK, the paperwork to buy something is like buying a Car.. Seriously! Also the Sales manager had an attitude cause we had a new sale person, and actually the 2 got into an argument.. right in front of us.. He asked when we wanted it delivered and we gave him the date.. No Issues. after getting home my Wife realized that she wanted everything a week sooner as our son was coming home from college sooner than planned. I called Conn's to reschedule for the upcoming Friday and was told No problem they will call the day before. Later that week, on Thursday, I received a call on my work phone it was the sales guy, he was informing me they only delivered in our area on Tuesday and Thursday, since it was Thursday I told him bring them out.. Conn's would not do that they wanted to deliver the following Thursday, which would not work as we gave our bed away.. I spoke to Conn's Corporate and, Local Store Manager.. NO RESOLUTION.. I decided to pick up mattresses and table I had to drive all the way back to the store 50 Miles to get NEW paperwork, the Store Manger said he would have everything ready... HE did NOT. I had to tell my story to 4 people before the right guy came out. then I had to RESIGN all that paperwork again... UHHGGGG Pick up was great. that why I gave 1 Star Even though we turned down the Con's extended warranty on the mattress somehow they manipulated the price to add it in.. I am honestly so disappointed in my experience with conns. I purchased a $3500 sectional, it was beautiful I loved the color. We fell in love with it at the store and the rep we spoke with was great. Even the delivery was pretty quick, it got there the day they said it would get there. It wasn't until we sat on our "new" couch that we realized the couch cushion felt old and used. Every time you went to sit down you would sink into the couch to where you could feel the wood frame of the couch, also it came with a chaise and the cushion kept sliding out like nothing was holding that cushion down. It is a very uncomfortable couch to relax in, so I called customer service and man was I in for a loop these people told me multiple things. 1st guy told me since I only had it a month that the store has to take care of it. I called the store they told me customer service had to take care of it, I called customer service again they told me they had to transfer me to the furniture department. I was on hold for like 30 minutes till finally someone answered only for them to tell me that I had been transferred to the appliance department. I asked them to transfer me to the right department only for them to tell me it's closed and I would have to call back in the morning! I was so irritated at that point I just needed someone to do something about these couches. Finally I talk to the right person I set up my appointment to have someone come look at the couches, they too see that the couches sink in. They wrote a report to have some new cushions sent to my home and have someone repair the chaise. It took them a month to send out my new equipment only for them to send the wrong thing and they never fixed my chaise. What sucks the most I cant even send the furniture back because it will affect my credit so I'm stuck with these awful couches that I have only had for 5 months. 100% do not recommend this place they will take advantage of you! read more

Just purchased a house recently, so I decided to check conns out to furnish my home. Immediately after walking in I was approached by a salesman told him I was interested in financing with conns. So I filled out the application to see I was approved for 9,000$ - yeah no way i need that much. The salesman asks me if I'm ready to spend that. That's unbelievable. I ended up leaving and coming back with my girlfriend and honestly we were both impressed with the quality. But everything is overpriced. While I was in the store the original salesman called me and asked me if I was in the store. Also, approached by 4 other salesmen in the store so we left. 20 minutes later another call asking when I was going to come back. Told him that i was going to think about it. 6 hours later another phone call asking when I'm coming back. That's just too pushy. And it's annoying. read more

These guys are in the business to set you up for failure. I ordered a complete living room set from them 3 weeks before they were supposed to deliver it to my new apartment. They called me the day before delivery to tell me they no longer have the set. First mistake on their part. Why would you sell a customer something you don't actually have? Since they did not have the living room set, I spoke to TWO people to have the order cancelled. They said the cancellation was complete. 2 weeks after I moved into my new place, my boyfriend and I went to a different Conn's to check out TVs. We found one we liked and begun the financing process. We watched as the salesman pulled up our information on his computer. He tried to run the purchase through the computer but it came up with a warning saying, "Insufficient credit". Do you know why? Because they never removed the living room set from my account. The salesman actually said, "Oh, it looks like they removed it and tried to run it through again." So they purposely tried to charge me ~$4,000 for something I did not get. My bill for the one item I DID get from Conn's (a fridge) is due on the 18th. 2 days before the 18th, I still had not received a bill in the mail with my account number so I could make a payment. I had to contact customer service a couple times to get my account number. Today is the 27th of the following month. 38 days after my initial payment was due. I still have not received a bill. If I had no contacted them myself to get my account number, I would have been charged a late fee and I'd be stuck with this AWFUL company for even longer. I've already told everyone I know never to purchase anything from Conn's. read more

Bought a sectional for over 2,000, it ripped within the first month of having it. Then the base broke, then the hand rest broke. I don't want this couch anymore, obviously its cheap material just sold at high prices! After weeks of back and forth with customer service, they approved a return with store credit, sounded great! Worst customer service ever!! I purchased a refrigerator and have a warranty on it. I called first week of August because the freezer and fridge were not working properly. Tech came out, ordered parts. Called again 3 days later, same issue, tech came out a few days later, ordered parts. Week later tech comes puts in parts. Waited a few days called because the same issue, fridge not cooling, freezer not freezing. Tech came out again, orders more parts. So all together as of today 5 different techs came, ordered parts and nothing is fix. I've been with out a fridge not cooling and freezer not freezing for over a month and half. I have to go to the store everyday to get food to cook, or we have to spend money to eat out. I've called at least 2x a week now complaining, nothing has been done. I've talked to numerous of people, and no one at conns plus can help me. I've talked to managers, and try to go above them and supposably I talked to someone who was the highest and still can't help. All anyone can do is say "we apologize and we understand" umm no you don't!!! I did talk to a rep who did get approval with a manager for an exchange and got the exchange number to go down to the store to get a new fridge and when we did, the store couldn't find that exchange number, I called right after and the rep said nothing was noted and someone gave me an exchange number from 2015 that had to do with a TV. It's so ridiculous now, I'm livid. No one wants to help, they are practically building us a new fridge and it still doesn't work. I don't know what to do, conns home plus is a joke, rude, unprofessional customer service and techs!! Not to mention COVID-19 is huge and the techs are coming into my house with no face mask! This is the worst company I have ever had to "deal" with. I have been waiting on the manager to call me back since the beginning of September. I bought a computer that had major damage to the box and was promised a call the next day to insure the computer was okay and did not have any issues. I received no call (The computer is fine). I went with their acceptance now program I was under the impression was a credit card and made my payments monthly and when my 90 days same as cash I was also promised a call to remind me of passed my computer went from $798.00 to being over $2000.00! I was under the impression the manager was going to call me, was told on the phone "I would be taken care of" to now owing more than double my original cost.
