Our recent experience with this location has been horrible!!!!! Save yourself the hassle and headaches and do not shop at Conns! Our $8,000 bedroom set was put together wrong and ripped two mattresses. I have been dealing with replacing this 2nd mattress since February (today is August 14), I was told in the store on Saturday that it would be delivered tomorrow (Tuesday)_ so I took off work, just now got off the phone , they can't deliver it tomorrow!!! Now it will be Saturday, because they can deliver it any day except tomorrow. But I shouldn't be surprised the so called "manager" in the store this weekend was a joke to deal with. I don't know why I am even surprised!! I am beyond pissed off and will NEVER recommend or buy another item from this store or any other Conns!! I had made arrangements for my payment to come out of my account automatically and then got deployed (I'm in emergency management) for a hurricane. They stopped taking the payment out and my account fell behind. After numerous calls we got it worked out and caught up, I asked them to remove the negative on my credit report and they refused! wow they had a table set for 300 with a discount of 700$ with 4 chairs and we asked to make sure , the guy comes back with his worker and we hear him say "yeah its for the whole set" his eyes bluge up when he saw the price discounted and wanted to add "the chairs are 75 separate" so isnt that false advertisment , why is a table set on clearance for 300 with a 700 price discount if your going to charge the chairs separate?? I purchased a living room set and absolutely love it! After about a year I noticed the springs on the sofa were coming up,the side of the arm was making noise and the spring looked to be ready to pop through the netting. Along with some minor tearing where it attached to the upholstery. I called for service and they came out and repaired. The minor tearing wasn't repaired but everything else was... Six months or so later I had to call service for the same reasons. The minor tear,and the springs look like they are ready to pop through the upholstery and the arm caved in. After several weeks due to covid the repair company came out, took pictures and said someone would call.no repairs were made. I called conns and was told they were waiting for the notes from the repair company and someone would call me back. After 2 or so months of not hearing back from the service department I called in again and was told the service was declined for customer abuse. I questioned how the material separating and the spring coming through the material was customer abuse. It is a breakdown of materials or manufacturing. The caved in arm was definately not abuse and from normal wear and tear. After several conversations and having to make multiple calls to reach the correct department I was told an escalation report was made and someone will contact me. As of yet I have not had any contact with anyone. I am very upset because I paid for the extra insurance to prevent any thing like this happening. And here I am, having to argue and fight for services I paid extra for for. My furniture is only 2 years old. I should not be having these issues after paying $5000 for a living room set. Not to mention how flat the cushions all are.......Im so disgusted by the quality and the lack of customer service. read more

As guardian for my special needs grandson we requested for a payment due date change 3 months in a row from the 27th to the 1st. The past due calls start on the 30 and are incessant. When you try to speak with a representative to explain or set up a payment (on the 1st) they are rude and impatient. They refuse to transfer to a supervisor. They refuse to honor the payment date change request. I explained that he has a disability and he gets paid on the first and still no cooperation. Conn's is a CON. Went in about 9:00pm looking for a sturdy table to hold my fish tank. The salesman whom helped me find my table in the clearance isle was very nice and helpful. There was also another gentleman whom was helping with the invoice and payment while my salesman cleaned, wrapped and tightened my table. They both proceeded to help me load it in my car. I was lied to in a few ways I was giving the wrong soundbar not something I order and was told I was getting for one. once I figured I was giving the wrong one came back to store and the manger that help with the deal checked the order told me the reason why I got that one was because they were out of the one I wanted so they gave me the lower model but didnt tell me that. lol Told me they were nationwide out of stock and once they were available that he would call me but to go ahead and try it out and if i wasnt happy with it then when they had some in stock i would be able to come back and return it for the one i orginally wanted in the first place. also didnt tell me about any 14 days or 1 month to bring items back. So said he couldn't do anything about it. Also the promotion was $400 cash back on a card and he said he would give me another gift card of $200 for buying the items and for the inconvenience and issues I had. It is very disappointing to find out later, after the sale, that customer service or support ends when your purchase is over. I purchased a washer and dryer, bedroom set, adjustable bed frame, and a bed only to be given the runaround after my purchase. Kasey, the assistant manager, will give you the runaround for a week until she gets tired of hearing from you, then she'll get Heidi, the store manager. Heidi will do nothing for you and will tell you there's nothing I can do! So you will be better off at American Furniture Warehouse, where I should have gone but because I wanted to try a different furniture store I went to Conn's, not because I had bad credit or was trying to establish credit, my score when I went in was above 750. Carlos Rojas is a great salesman but that's where awesome customer service stops. It's disheartening to see people in high positions not give a damn about the customer. Looks like I'll be getting my 85" television elsewhere, oh, and I have made all the calls to my family and friends whom I recommended coming to this place based off of Carlos' great salesmanship to go elsewhere for their furniture needs! Friendliest service as I enter the door. I was a quick sell I knew what I wanted. Sales lady was quick and thorough. Until.... The delivery stage. They won't tell you right away when or give you the two hour window. I got a call late into the evening the day of purchase. I confirmed. My delivery was scheduled 2pm-4pm. I get a call at 1:55 telling me they will be arriving in ten minutes. They get there 2:06pm my wife gets there 2:15pm. They call me leaving a message saying they will wait 15mins they left before my wife got there. I understand we weren't there. How about rescheduling?? I have not yet received another date and time. Buyers beware. I was scammed and will be contacting BBB. You will owe almost the same amount even if you take it back. This has been the worst experience ever. I purchased a laptop for $1500 and out the door I owed 4 grand apparently. Zero Stars!!!! I've paid almost $800 so far lost my job with covid when I purchased the computer I also was suggested insureance for multiple loss of job ect. I requested it all and now they say I didn't So now I have to take the laptop back to them they're going to try to auction off the computer and whatever they can get for it comes off my $3500 balance. But I will still owe them most likely 2900$ still after I've given it back...... If you're desperate just wait. Or go buy a $300 one. I will be definitely getting a lawyer as I shouldn't have to continue to pay off the interest on the loan after they've already sold it and scam someone else into buying it. It's been a month and a half now and I still don't have a working refrigerator. They will talk you into circles, put you on hold and leave you there....20 minutes later someone else picks up the call and you start the process all over again. Nisa was amazing. Very helpful. We requested deliver be on Monday July 13. We were told we would get a phone call on sunday the 12th. We got no call. I called and and they said it was scheduled for delivery on the 18th. I was like "um nope. We scheduled it for the 13th". I spoke with Justin the manager, and he was able to get it delivered on Thursday the 16th. The deliveryman was nice. When I was running a load in the washer, and when I set it for cold, I noticed that the lid was steaming. Well, the delivery guy mixed up the hot and cold. So we have been washing all of our clothes for the past two days on hot instead of cold. I really hope my clothes dont shrink. Kinda irritating that they didnt know it was backwards when it says hot/cold on the machine. read more

There were no tags or indications that there was anything wrong with the nightstands nor that the furniture was being sold as-is. It wasn't until the manager and salesman loaded the pieces into our vehicle that we noticed the underside of the nightstand was broken. The salesman was willing to issue a refund since we had not even driven away with our new furniture. The manager, however, refused to issue a refund, even though the pieces were defective and were not marked AS-IS. I will NEVER shop at any Conns again. read more

As soon as we walked in, one of the sales people, started yelling at us some racist comments, not even funny, bringing up El Chapo, just cause we're Hispanic. We were duped by the salesman in the Thornton, CO store when purchasing an LG Self Cleaning Electric Range. Bought my sofa and love seat about a year and a half ago along with the if an thing happens insurance, what a joke! This furniture has big problems. 2 months ago I started a claim to get my furniture fixed. It has taken this long to get the material to upholster and the parts needed to fix the broken recliner were denied. The contracted service guy comes out finally and the material not only doesn't match in color but is a totally different material. I refused to let him fix the problem. I get a call from a RUDE (from Conns) girl who tells me I need to read the insurance contract I signed. I don't have to tell you how well that went over. Yesterday I get another call saying the manufacturer will go ahead and replace the furniture. I go there last night and the and asked if I had to get the same set and was told the Manager approved it and I could pick anything else in the same price range. We did and went to write it up and the Manager changed his mind. I was told I'd have to wait another day or so to get an approval for that. I went in this store to pick up a computer that I bought in a different Conn's that was on sale but sold out and I was helped by Carlos, one of the sales associates as soon as I entered the store and he was great. He had me take a seat while he went back and got it and he even carried it to my car and loaded it for me without me even asking. He was professional, helpful and friendly. When we purchased our table from them, we also purchased a warranty for an additional $100. The salesperson at the time explained it to cover all types of scratches and dings the table would encounter. That has NOT been the case at all. After we encountered some large scrapes across the table over the years, we went into claim the warranty only to experience the WORST customer service I've ever encountered. Numerous cold, rude calls and emails from their staff, which we contested. Today, we received a call from Michael at the store who was appalling, continuously talking over us trying to explain what we were sold and caring little for what we feel is a complete breach in the agreement made. At the end of the day, we understand if the warranty was sold to us poorly, but the lack of understanding and terrible customer service we've encountered through this process is so horrible we feel compelled to share the experience. Buyer Beware!! Read the reviews before you purchase, so you know what you may be getting. The only good thing about my experience so far has been walking through the store and talking to the associates. Carlos at Thornton, CO was helpful during the sale and with some follow up questions. The "Conn's": 1. Cannot select a delivery window. (Even Comcast let's you do this!) So clear your entire day for a delivery just in case. 2. Warehouse sent a damaged chair for the delivery drivers to attempt to deliver. 3. Drivers showed me a photo and told me that the warehouse was supposed to have called prior to delivery, but they did not. So delivery was refused. 4. Warehouse was supposed to call after delivery was refused to discuss the reason. Warehouse did not call, so I called Carlos to see what to do. He set up delivery for the next day. 5. Warehouse assigned delivery for the next day. Delivery window fell during a previously scheduled appointment, so I was late to that appointment. Thankfully a small concession was made for this delivery issue. 6. When I got home and had time to examine the chair more closely, I found an area that appears to have been damaged at some point and a repair attempted. 7. Had to call the local store again and play phone tag to figure out what to do about this. Store associate submitted a ticket, but since it was the weekend, we wouldn't get a call back until Monday or Tuesday. 8. When credit card was received, learned that I was given misleading information at the store because the interest rate did not apply to my purchase. I should have put the purchase on my own card since it has a much lower rate. 9. Called on Monday to follow up. Got a voicemail and left a message. 10. Finally get a call back on FRIDAY! Return the call and get disconnected 3 times before a CSR takes the call and my information. 11. Information submitted has to go to another department and they won't even look at it until Monday. - They looked at it early and called back with the solution they felt was of reasonable compensation for our inconvenience and the mess we dealt with... $75 back on a chair that was $699 (before taxes and delivery and interest on the credit card). read more
