Then, yesterday I placed an online order. There were supposedly only two of an item left that I wanted two of. I suspected that might happen and I was prepared to be told they didn't have them. I was right, but I was never told. My Mom, the person who picked the items up for me, was the one to tell me. As if that wasn't annoying enough, I can't figure out why I'm still being charged for those items. So, I call. "Well", she says, "They're on back order and we should be getting them tomorrow." Like I'm going to ask my Mom to go out of her way to go get them. "Well", she says, "We can cancel them." Yes! Why was I not told? "Well", she says, "Because it's all digitized." Why did I not get a receipt? "Well", she says, "because the pick up doesn't come with a receipt." Please, give me more excuses as to why YOU couldn't do the job you are paid to do! I'd also like to know why my order said it was ready for pickup when it wasn't. Why wasn't I called? It would have been really simple to call me and say, "Two of the items you ordered should be on the truck tomorrow. Would you like to wait for them?" My answer would have been, "Thank you so much for calling me! Yes! We can wait to pick up the rest of the order!"

Whatever you're into, you can find it here - beautiful art, brass, copper, milk glass, depression glass, china, chinoiserie, ginger jars, vintage CorningWare and Tupperware, beautiful antique furniture, jewelry, Barbies, books, vinyl, real vintage clothing and fur coats, animal skins, all sorts of collectibles - you will find it all here! Also lots of western/equestrian items such as saddles and boots. Unfortunately not a lot of silver on the day I went, but I did find some beautiful silver spreaders. I also found the most gorgeous copper water pitcher that I initially left behind, but obsessed over until I went back later and got it! iykyk As with all markets like this, prices vary by booth, but overall I found them to be higher than average (for the things I consistently see and shop for). So you may find your unicorn, but you probably won't find it for a bargain. The market is laid out in a perfect grid pattern, making it super easy to navigate and ensure you don't miss any booths. The front right quadrant consists of rows of locked cases. While it absolutely makes sense for certain things to be under lock and key - like jewelry and small items, delicate and fragile items that shouldn't be handled, super rare and valuable antiques - many of the items in the cases were none of these things. I found this annoying, especially if the price wasn't readily visible. Many booths are well curated and organized, but many others are a hodge-podge assortment of completely unrelated items. Plan to spend at least two-three hours here, and more if you follow the golden rule of making a second lap! I did make a second lap (not of the cases) and spent 3.5 hours. Happy shopping!

Cleveland Creek Lodge and Log Furniture has been building custom, hand-crafted furniture out of native Aspen, Beetle Kill Pine, Barn wood, and Juniper since 2001!! In the end I had to accept store credit, which wasn't ideally what I wanted to do. I have to note that the person at the register was great and really tried to help me, but it seems that management wouldn't allow any exceptions. They really need to have a more flexible system for such scenarios, it's hard to imagine that a credit card machine wouldn't have the function to return-process another card. Anyway, I will use up the store credit and then I won't be back
